Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Sales
ZoomInfo helps me find relevant contact information for people that I'm trying to connect with as an SDR. My role revolves around phone calls and e-mails to gain interest from prospects and ZoomInfo helps me find the right information for those prospects. With Intent, I have even more info on Accounts that are looking into solutions that my company solves for.

- Better integration with Salesforce to reduce errors
- Better and easy to understand analytics when it comes to intent to find the hottest companies to reach out to
- Improving Sales Pipeline
- Enhancing Seller Productivity
- Accelerating Win Rates
- Territory Mapping
- Optimizing Account Planning
Data Quality is important as an SDR - and ZoomInfo does a great job in accurately capturing relevant e-mails, direct phone numbers, cellphone numbers, and HQ numbers. Intent Data can be a little hard to understand, but is still valuable (It would be ideal if this could be improved. Uncertain about how AI functionality has contributed to effectiveness in my role.
I haven't used another product like ZoomInfo. The past to SAAS sales positions I've held use ZoomInfo
