Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Sales

I'm giving usability an 8 based on two issues I've ran into recently. Colleagues tend to use ZoomInfo using safari because how fast it is to use, however chrome is the preferred browser for most of our company. ZoomInfo seems to lack quickness on chrome. Also, last week we ran into an issue where ZoomInfo was down for about an hour.
ZoomInfo helps me find relevant contact information for people that I'm trying to connect with as an SDR. My role revolves around phone calls and e-mails to gain interest from prospects and ZoomInfo helps me find the right information for those prospects. With Intent, I have even more info on Accounts that are looking into solutions that my company solves for.

Pros

  • Intent Based Information

Cons

  • Calling directly from ZoomInfo (Integrations with Outreach tools)
  • Better integration with Salesforce to reduce errors
  • Better and easy to understand analytics when it comes to intent to find the hottest companies to reach out to
  • Improving Sales Pipeline
  • Enhancing Seller Productivity
  • Accelerating Win Rates
  • Territory Mapping
  • Optimizing Account Planning
Data Quality is important as an SDR - and ZoomInfo does a great job in accurately capturing relevant e-mails, direct phone numbers, cellphone numbers, and HQ numbers. Intent Data can be a little hard to understand, but is still valuable (It would be ideal if this could be improved. Uncertain about how AI functionality has contributed to effectiveness in my role.
I haven't used another product like ZoomInfo. The past to SAAS sales positions I've held use ZoomInfo

- ZoomInfo is well suited for organizations that do New Logo prospecting
- ZoomInfo is not a replacement for other Intent based solutions such as 6th Sense
- ZoomInfo is well suited for organizations that fall within the United States
- ZoomInfo does have some outages from time to time, so if you need a solution with 100% uptime ZoomInfo may not be the best solution (ZoomInfo works almost 100% of the time, have ran into an issue during the workday recently of down times up to 30 minutes or so)
