Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Sales
it gives me direct information of the contacts of my prospects instead of doing a lot of research or worse talking to a gatekeeper. the time allotted in doing research is greatly reduced and that's why I love using ZoomInfo.

I would say my productivity in prospecting and cold calling improved by 70%.
I think ZoomInfo's Data Privacy is what satisfied me. The information is much clearer and more details to extract which is very important during prospecting. I also like that ZoomInfo has more information when it comes to email address of the decision makers.
