Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Sales

I’d rate it a 9/10 because it’s really effective at what it does—it gives you access to company details like the work email address, phone number, and even work location that actually make a difference in how you prospect and engage. The platform saves me a lot of time, increases number of replies, and helps drive better outcomes in my role as an outreach specialist.
I use ZoomInfo Sales mainly for prospecting. I send email outreaches a lot and it's really hard to connect to website, brand owners and bloggers without knowing what their work emails are. Ever since I started using this tool for prospecting, my reply rates have increased tremendously. I usually just use the "Advanced Search" focusing mainly on two filters, company URL & Job Title, however when the "likely to engage icon" has been showing up, I included that as well especially when I get of relevant results and I wanted to narrow down my search. When we expanded globally, I was helping German & Spanish regions for their prospecting tasks too. And I am really glad that ZoomInfo Sales also has information available for German & Spanish websites.

  • Very user-friendly.

Cons

  • Addressing issues like incomplete profiles information.
  • Probably more training to maximize the tools functions.
  • Using AI for more leverage.
  • It has helped increase number of replies from prospects.
  • The increase in number of replies, helped connecting and collaborating for our link-building projects easier and smoother.
  • Instead of hiring a link-builder, we opted to connecting & collaborating directly with prospects, saving us $.
Definitely a must-have tool. ZoomInfo Sales has actually been super helpful in my role. The data quality alone is a huge win—it’s just way easier to find accurate contact info without digging around for hours. I can trust the info I’m seeing, which saves a ton of time and keeps my outreach from falling flat.

ZoomInfo Sales is well-suited for email marketers, outreach specialists, and job hunters. You can find your prospect's work emails easily, copy and email them. On the other hand, I don't think ZoomInfo Sales is suited for employers looking for applicants since the tool is focused more on companies and their employees.
