Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Sales

I am the one that brought ZoomInfo into our company. I have utilized ZoomInfo with other companies I have worked with - and I won't work for a company that doesn't have it as a tool. I consider it an essential tool for sales success!
We use ZoomInfo for Sales as well as Marketing. We utilize all tools, from websights, copilot, intent searching, lead generation, target account creation and also sales outreach.

Pros

  • Lead Generation
  • Extremely valid data and contact information
  • Insight as to what is happening with organizations worldwide and their growth trajectory
  • Wonderful account managers
  • It gives our sales team every opportunity to be successful
  • Find out what companies are visiting our site in live time

Cons

  • I have had issues with connecting my Outlook and Calendar - still troubleshooting with IT
  • We were promised that monday.com (our CRM) would integrate directly with ZoomInfo, but it does not and we didn't find this out until we joined.
  • A very positive impact - by vetting leads and nurturing them via email/phone (in ZoomInfo) and transforming those into clients.
  • We have an amazing Account Manager, who is also highly technical and able to assist with any need we have. We can even do weekly calls with him if we like. Nate is amazing! This has increased our knowledge of the platform, ensuring faster roads to client acquisition.
  • We have utilized ZoomInfo for all of our lead generation, verifying information from LinkedIn and it is heads and shoulders above LI Sales NAVIGATOR.
The data quality has always been essential to bring potential clients on board. The AI functionality is amazing and has ensured more sales success. Intent data is extremely helpful when it comes to knowing what is happening in live time with our target accounts as well.
ZoomInfo is far above and beyond any other platform or tool out there, in terms of bringing through sales success. If you do the work and use the tools effectively, it will bring large success. I have used so many tools that are specific to sales, and there is nothing that compares to ZoomInfo in my 30 years of experience in my industry.

I have reached out on several occasions to leads I have vetted via ZoomInfo and transformed them into our clients. It is only via ZoomInfo that I could have verified contact information, reached out directly via ZI (email/phone) and be able to create a top-down approach for multiple buyers within one company.
