Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Zuora is one of our main billing sources. I use it to pull reports for tax purposes and to look at a customer's history. I like it.

Pros and Cons

They are very user friendly.
The reporting system was easy to use.
All the data was accurate that was pulled.

If you didn't know the name of columns it was harder to find.
Had to go to several links to get to there I wanted.

Alternatives Considered

DTH

DTH is simpler.

Likelihood to Recommend

[Zuora is well suited] if you need to pull a lot of data for billing purposes.
