Reviews
(1-25 of 56)Great value for reliable contact data
- their database has contact information that other providers don't
- web extension allows for editing of contact data before pushing to crm
- web extension allows for sequencing automatically, saving time
- Mapping to CRM accounts could be tricky
- Web extension can sometimes get in the way
Lusha - Contact data at your fingertips!
Main business problem this solves is sales intelligence, the biggest problem in direct sales is finding contact information of our potential customers, Lusha helps solves that for us as we primarily prospect on Linkedin.
- Find leads
- Filter leads
- Integration with CRM
- Honestly? None! I'm very satisfied.
Lusha is da best!
- Finding Numbers.
- Integrates with LinkedIn Sales Nav.
- Helps build Pipeline.
- I think more numbers are out there.
- The ability to upload contact information into a Salesforce lead with the press of a button.
- Idk what else.
Lusha helped my team!
- Locating additional contacts at an organization
- providing emails and email formats
- finding office numbers, cell numbers, and email addresses
- bulk loads are cumbersome and difficult to use
- contact names pull incorrect contacts intermittently (John Smith, pilot, instead of John Smith, Architect)
Larger companies with more employees have a better chance of having at least 1 or 2 employees listed in Lusha and I can then take the formatting of the email, for example, to guess what the email may be for the contact I am actually prospecting.
Lusha
The only downside would be that the phone numbers are not TPS registered.
- Browser extension
- Phone numbers being TPS checked
The attributes you are able to search against mean you can really segment down for even better targeting. The addition of being able to target based on technology used has been really helpful.
Hunting Made Easy
- Embeds itself as a sidebar on LinkedIn so it is plug-n-play.
- Works well with LinkedIn navigator so finding direct contact details of decision-makers is not a challenge.
- Lists allows my team to quickly check the details of saved leads at any point of time.
- Sometimes Lusha asks to log in again when LinkedIn reloads. This redundant process takes some valuable time.
- Not all contact details are correct.
- Many times it shows personal email ids which is of limited use for prospecting.
- Large database of insurance brokers by title
- Easily connects to Salesforce and Salesloft, which we use in our sales process.
- Enriches existing database for better accuracy and fresh data
- Not enough parameters for searching - I wish we could restrict our search to exclude contacts that are already in our Salesforce database.
- Wish the data was updated more frequently. Contact information is very accurate but title and role changes aren't always captured in a timely manner.
- More smaller businesses if possible. Options are limited if looking for businesses with less than 50 employees.
Lusha Sales Ops Friendly Tool
- Contact info retrieval
- Company background and insight retrieval
- Company Stakeholder information and Prospect painpoints
- Having the Extension Safari and other search engines
- Work within Outlook
- Have an Iphone/Andorid App
It is less effective for organizations who are sales people who sell face to face or who don't work with large clients. The tool works great for enterprise clients, not so much for SMB's.
Way better than ZoomInfo
- Phone number contacts
- Company search
- Hubspot Integration
- User management
- Company export to Hubspot
- Advanced Search within the portal
- Contact export to Hubspot creating duplicates
Lusha was a great addition to our tech stack!
- correct contact information
- up to date information
- simple integrations to CRM
- some of the premium features included in the standard license
Great bang for your buck!
- Great for getting contact emails
- Great for narrowing down on targets by location
- Great for crm data enrichment
- Not many phone numbers available
- Poor support for LinkedIn, lack of data
- Poor search tool
Good outbound database.
- Email from contacts
- Telephone and cell phone from prospects
- Csms - our contract expired and no one reached out to us to renew it
- Product support - we didn't have that much when it came to support using other features
Lusha Review
- Organizational charts
- Providing contact information such as phone numbers and emails
- Chrome extension
- In my opinion, more accurate contact information
- In my opinion, the data seems to be outdated on a lot of information we receive
Lusha, a class apart
- To prospect for right party contacts based on geography, job title, industry & employee size
- To find accurate phone numbers for the prospects - mobile and work phone numbers
- To find accurate email addresses
- the bulk search option for company to be increased to 10k from 1k
- the option to export company details is limited to 25 at a time. this should be higher
- I have observed that the emails provided by Lusha are non-deliverable. these should be an option to get the credit back for "bad data"
Lusha is a really good lead generation tool
- Lead generation
- Finding direct contact information
- Using search filters to find qualified leads
- Easy import/integration with CRM
- Charging for new features separate from your paid subscription (Like buyer intent or current technology)
- Some of our sales team were locked out of their account due to high activity (even though we have an unlimited plan)
- Occasional Inaccurate data
Affordable contact info
- Chrome Extension worked well
- The Salesloft integration worked
- Client emails were accurate for the most part
- Phone numbers were lacking
- Price point is not in line with competitors in the space
- Limited coverage in smaller organizations
I'd mostly recommend Lusha when paired with Linkedin Sales Nav.
Emails and Phone numbers
- Lists
- Contact Data
- Integration with Outreach
- Mobile phone numbers missing frequently
- Narrow verified email addresses within some orgs
- User Experience
- Accuracy
- Customer Servie
- Accuracy
- Feedback
Great value and easy to use lead data source
- Easy to setup
- One of the faster Chrome widgets on the market (at least compared to ZI, Seamless.ai)
- Straightforward pricing models and sales process
- Communicative CS/AM team
- Data availability/reliability
- Ability to export account info to CRM directly from company website
A great tool to accelerate your sales pipeline
- Great Contact search tool
- Seamless LinkedIn integration
- SFDC integration of contacts
- Salesloft integration
- The contact wishlist can be updated faster
Best software to get direct numbers.
- Getting the correct direct numbers of the clients.
- Listing the companies based on the target criteria.
- Getting email ids of the target customers.
- Sometimes the direct numbers are wrong, and that needs to be improved.
- Getting more filters to build personas.
- Chat support needs to be improved.
- Currently facing auto-payment issues from India.
Quality information at a fair price (email + phone number)
- Finding real email adresses
- Finding real phone numbers
- Keep improving the data provided
- Finding social media profiles for the people we are looking for
It's not just an extension. There's a lot more to it.
- Enriched data
- Relevant contact details
- Intent Data
- Better integrations
- Customer support
Great prospecting tool
- Providing phone numbers of the prospects by just hovering to their Linkedin profile.
- Helps the sales team in prospecting
- Integrates seamlessly with our CRM
- At times, the phone numbers provided by Lusha are invalid
- Email ids need to be rechecked(verified) with another software (zerobounce)
Lusha extntion to get your required leads right
- you can go to LinkedIn where you want to get lead lusha will recognize as a lead and you can simply get the email address
- also it provide contact number and it will cost you one lusha credit
- lusha also support to CRM like HubSpot you can simply added your lead to the CRM
- Lusha should do some cost analysis in the market to reduce the price
- credit cost is slightly high
- sales support team should be able to negotiate with client with good commercials
5 credit for little less i believe at least its increase to 25 would be better
