- Questions are repetitive weekly, though this may be a function of our administrator, and not the platform itself. Answering the same questions every 2 weeks is an awful lot like the movie Groundhog day.
- Give employees at all levels visibility into the "How are you feeling" score to get a pulse on the entire company at once.

This program is the absolute best I've ever used in 30 years with organizations. Not only do I enjoy being a user and "filling it out" every week- but I would personally buy it if available for goal tracking in my personal life I love it that much!

It's very simple to use - not overly complicated. You wouldn't need training to use. There are some features I never use because I don't understand -- like one on ones. However we use without and still find a lot of value in it!

The 15Five support team is amazing. They were always willing to speak with me when I did something wrong in the system and never had a harsh or placing judgment tone in their voices. The sectionality of the support structure causes unnecessary delays, lots of confusion, and even misinformation. I miss the old days where you had one person to call, they pulled in any other required resources, and you got a solid and timely answer. Each ticket submitted is a gamble, as the service varies widely from consultant to consultant, and issues are often passed back and forth between support and professional services, with no one taking responsibility for solving the issue. Tickets are ignored for days or weeks at a time, and often the answer is "this is the way the system is designed" and the ticket is closed.

I used Achievers a while ago and it was only limited to rewards. 15FIVE really makes a difference, it's real engagement for businesses and provides a lot of structure. I also love what they preach in their social channels as we are constantly learning from their podcasts and blog posts.
