Useful in a wide range of performance management-based situations. Allows options like supervisor and peer feedback, as well as messaging and addition of notes to profiles and appraisals. Allows for uploading of external documents as well as creation PerformancePro-specific documents. We have used the system for both bi-annual and annual appraisals, and both cycles worked well.If your organization keeps performance-based records in another system or file structure, you might not utilize many of the options PerformancePro has, which could lead to it feeling underutilized.

- Questions are repetitive weekly, though this may be a function of our administrator, and not the platform itself. Answering the same questions every 2 weeks is an awful lot like the movie Groundhog day.
- Give employees at all levels visibility into the "How are you feeling" score to get a pulse on the entire company at once.

- Interface - user interface could be updated to a more modern feel. Home screen (with widgets) feels somewhat cramped and widget displays could be more fully optimized.
- Admin functions - Robust options, but the display of company edit pages is somewhat busy, and functions are sometimes buried under multiple pages of access.

This program is the absolute best I've ever used in 30 years with organizations. Not only do I enjoy being a user and "filling it out" every week- but I would personally buy it if available for goal tracking in my personal life I love it that much!

It's very simple to use - not overly complicated. You wouldn't need training to use. There are some features I never use because I don't understand -- like one on ones. However we use without and still find a lot of value in it!

The 15Five support team is amazing. They were always willing to speak with me when I did something wrong in the system and never had a harsh or placing judgment tone in their voices. In both chat and phone support, representatives have always been helpful and ready to offer assistance with any question or concern. Over the course of five years, there have been a few occasions when follow-up was assured but did not happen (or did not happen in a timely manner.) But much more frequently, support has been quick to follow-up and provide information as promised.

Visually 15Five blows Yammer out of the water! Yammer was easy to use as well, but it felt very difficult to get on to and was not single sign-on when we were using it. 15Five allows for easy login with single sing on feature and has less "clicks" to get to where I need to be on the program. I also love the app way more than Yammer!
