It is so beneficial in managing customer relations and in managing projects. It is software with an easy and friendly interface and is available in the market at a very reasonable price. It has features that enabled us in making budgets and invoices as well. It is not desirable for managing internet resources.

HubSpot CRM

It is very useful for any type of sales business because of the great sales and marketing hubs that HubSpot offers. Little more difficult to use when your company structure is more complex, but working with HubSpot support and Hub Specialists we were able to get HubSpot set up to our liking and now running more smoothly. Overall HubSpot is a wonderful tool. The only reason I say it's 8/10 is because there is a few small roadblocks we have encountered related to how some things just can't be changed or edited.

  • The organization of HubSpot's interface is very well thought out and easy to use. This is a strength as anyone can easily become a user of this CRM.
  • Dashboards are easy to read and use, great for companies to help track the performance of the organization and its employees.
  • HubSpot can effortlessly be integrated into a company's business process. At Riipen we were able to simply connect HubSpot to our Gmails and have it be a member in carrying out our daily tasks.

  • In comparison to Outlook, the e-mail feature is limited.
  • Streamline sales processes by combining business resources.
  • The size of 1CRM is probably my least favourite feature. It includes Order Management, Service Management, and Project Management in addition to CRM. When I first started using it as a basic Sales & Marketing CRM for a few months, I had no idea what I was getting myself into.

  • I sometimes forget to save when creating new campaigns/sequences so an autosave feature would be a huge asset.
  • There seem to be a lot of steps when creating certain things, so more direction on what to do next would also be helpful.

Because it's integrated with HubSpot marketing platform, which is indispensable, and works simply and seamlessly with the marketing platform. The CRM is intuitive, never a time burden, and makes doing business development work a whole lot easier and enjoyable. I think at this point it's safe and fair to say we would be somewhat lost without the CRM.

Based on the CRM that I have used in the past, HubSpot CRM is much more efficient and organized. It has great analytics and allows the company's sales to increase effectively. The past CRM I had to work with was hard to use and was not beginner friendly, whereas HubSpot was easy to follow and learn.

It provides a platform to improve the productivity on each and every step and the power to coalesce several departments to work in an orderly manner.
This helps any small or medium enterprises unleash the power of automation as well as overall management of projects, services and deliverables.

HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is a great jack of all for smaller businesses and allows you to focus heavy on the marketing tools to get contacts down the funnel and into the hands of the salesperson. It's sales hub tools are great for smaller businesses or startups because they provide more robust options than some other platforms, but ultimately should be paired with the sales tools offered by Salesforce to make an ultimate CRM experience that benefits both marketing and sales equally. HubSpot CRM is more robust than ZoomInfo Engage in that it is able to tie all of this information directly into your contact records without an outside integration and focuses on outreach to inbound contacts. ZoomInfo Engage encourages list building and cold outreach, which can be helpful in some cases and not in others. Ultimately all platforms have their pros and cons but HubSpot CRM is a great option for small-medium businesses and startups that need one platform that can handle marketing, sales, and customer service/success. For larger businesses that can afford multiple tools, HubSpot CRM integrates wonderfully with Salesforce and other platforms that enhance marketing and sales efforts.

  • The billing stage is very fast and efficient which has increased our opportunity to send out quotes and increase revenue.
  • Keeps our team up to date with payment denials so we can reach out to the client for updated information in order to have payments maintained.
  • If a payment is denied, it is impossible to know that unless you are on the Billing team so it would be beneficial if the project would automatically be put on pause if the payment was denied.
