Overall Satisfaction with 1CRM

There have been many instances that 1CRM has rectified and improved on, it has reduced lead time for the customer by reducing billing and budgeting cycle times, and this has by far been an excellent tool at automating several petty manual tasks so as to contribute to the improvement of sales productivity and marketing management as well as the customer experience.
This has loads of excellent features that have made this very efficient in any small or medium organization. The cost of the product is by far the most value for money for any CRM out there.
