Read full review Usability You don't really need to be trained to use it, it's like social media. If not, there's full documentation available, it's not a steep learning curve at all. There's lots of advice about how to better use the platform too. I don't see any need for improvement here but left a 9/10 JUST in case.

It turned out to be a great reflection of the whole team we worked with during the implementation and ongoing stages. They are highly responsive to your needs and requests and open to supporting different ways to use their products

Read full review Alternatives Considered So we have a subscription to microsoft that has learning as well (provided by former lynda) and that doesn't do as well as 360Learning does, nor does it allow you the ability to create courses, everything is custom built by Lynda or third party resources so the ability to view great up to date content and to be able to create our own has been a huge sales point.

It helps in designing people-centric programs and people engagement. It helps your employees to cut through the clutter and have meaningful conversations. It has a user-friendly interface that helps and encourages employee participation. It helps build a Learning and Development program for all.
