Very well suited for our company because of their pricing, reliability, speed, detail, and user experience. I don't think there are any scenarios where Accurate wouldn't work for a business

DISA Global Solutions has great customer service response times and their representatives are knowledgeable. We did have a special case where the candidate had a couple of names and the Social Security Administration was not able to confirm his Social Security Number. It took DISA Global Solutions a couple of attempts to get this completed, but the representative was communicative and knowledgeable.

LawLogix Guardian is well suited for companies who want or need to keep digital I-9 records in a safe and convenient place. LawLogix Guardian also keeps you up to date on all compliance practices for the country or state that you're in, ensuring that you stay compliant to the best of your abilities. One scenario where LawLogix falters is a very specific scenario of hiring minors without a Driver's License. In certain states, items such as report cards can be used in lieu of certain identifying documents. However, there is no accommodation for that in the current I-9 form.

The screening process on the US side took 4+ months to be implemented even though there was no specific request or difficulty on our side: we have a very basic need that Accurate Background is supposed to be implementing easily.
Twice in the past Accurate Background's reports have shown blank records ... for people with a criminal history.
I receive on a regular basis from Accurate services emails asking for more information. But sometimes this email is not for me but for the candidate. And you never know what complementary information is required. You just receive an email stating "we need more information". You have to chase them to know what they need.
I have recently received a message stating that a search is complete. When you open the record, you realize the search has been abandoned. There is a sentence at the end of it stating that you have received an email from their services.... when you have received nothing.
All the above shows that there is minimum interaction with real people from their services, that their automatic messages are not complete nor accurate, and that their search results just cannot be trusted.
The all reports screen, it would be useful to have them sorted by most recent at top automatically.
The Form SSA-89 instructions should be clear that it must be hand-signed and electronic signatures are not allowed.
The SSN Address Trace should be communicated more often to the company that it isn't being completed. Sometimes the pre-employment screening is pending for a couple of days when this is the only step missing because the candidate is not answering/responding. We need these candidates to start quickly and the few days the report is pending can affect us.

DISA Global Solutions platform is user-friendly on the candidate and company sides. There can be improvement on the All Reports screen where the reports are listed by date with the most recent at top. Also, the pending pre-employment reports that are waiting on the signed Background Consent form and the Form SSA-89 take a few clicks to get to. There should be an easier way to see the pending pre-employment screens that are awaiting forms.

DISA Global Solutions has the fastest turnaround time and customer service compared to Checkr and HireRight. DISA Global Solutions has customizable options in creating packages specific to certain roles and management levels. The users don't have any issues when filling out their portions of the pre-employment screenings with DISA Global Solutions. As a company representative, DISA Global Solutions is overall the easiest platform to use, customize and is responsive.

Gusto is great but Equifax Workforce Solutions really helps us manage payroll, HR, benefits, and other employee needs much more seamlessly. We are so glad we made the transition to this platform as it helps keep us organized even more for all of our employee needs! It's been a great decision

Our turn around time has decreased by half as far as complete background checks are concerned. This allows us to keep our candidates and improve their experience.

DISA Global Solutions has had a positive return on investment on our business as it's mainly quick process. It takes an average of 4 days before we get the completed pre-employment report.
We do have a few cases were it takes longer than 4 days, but that is due to pre-employment drug screenings and the lab delays.
