Nudge.ai is well suited for individual contributors without enough time or resource to do proper research on clients/prospects. It may work as well for larger teams, but I don't have experience using Nudge.ai in that environment. Nudge.ai is easy to use, so the onboarding and ramp-up time is quick.

We had a very good run with XenCall in the beginning voice quality was excellent prices were competitive ran smoothly we never needed support or had any problem but when we did we faced long holds no chat service on the website customer support agent don't know much what they're doing they're just there to take notes and pass it on to their supervisors.

We will definitely be renewing. The value for the price we are paying is solid, and we are interested in growing our use to see if we can expand on the value we are getting from Nudge.ai.

Nudge.ai is fairly intuitive, so the need for support is minimal. I have only had to reach out to the support team a couple of times for minor issue. The response has been quick and issues resolved to my satisfaction in a reasonable time frame. I have no issues with Nudge support at this time.

Vici dial - This was only a calling software and it stored notes, it did not have the exclusive reporting XenCALL has.
