AlertSite works exceptionally well if you need to analyze how your digital assets perform over time and, based on provided reports, determine the potential slow down root cause to make data-driven decisions instantly. In case you are used to analyzing by visually representing your availability and performance, AlertSite might not be the perfect solution for you.

What we have noticed so far is the fact that AlertSite customer support team is trying to build relationships and go the extra mile to make sure we can overcome any occurring issues. They are quick to respond and provide sufficient guidance about how to implement product features efficiently, integrate new tools, and fix product issues.

Alternatives Considered

As I have reviewed previously. It offers more positive and friendly stuff when it comes to its application. It doesn't redirect visitors elsewhere and also gives updates when the website is being tampered or hacked. Even though there is a delay on updates but the good thing is, it suggest solutions to every incident.

We moved all of our services to Site24x7 after several years with AlertSite. We looked at Uptrends and Pingdom to name a few whilst evaluating options. Pingdom lacks functionality and Uptrends we found to have quite a steep learning curve. AlertSites platform and in particular the Deja-Click recorder is a standout tool against the other platforms. Sadly the upscaling costs of multi-location transactions can quickly add up.
