Our company is a startup that is just starting to get wholesale customers. When we realized our customers needed support using our products, we set up a Contact Center via Amazon Connect. It has been very useful in allowing us to scale up very quickly, and provide services to our company as if we were a large corporation.

Suited if you want to hear old calls. Not suited for teaching new SDR's how to talk or what a good call is and why. Kixie doesn't transcribe either.

  • Kixie integrates seamlessly with our CRM (Zoho), meaning it updates call notes directly on the customer's CRM profile.
  • The one-click dialing feature directly through our CRM is a great feature. It's so simple; just search for a name, one-click, and you are on the phone.
  • The local presence feature is a nice touch for cold calls. It provides a local area code when cold calling to increase the likelihood of an answer to the call.

  • On reports and analytics, [I feel] Amazon Connect is slightly behind, and it should be perfected.
  • [In my experience], Amazon Connect lacks social platform integration, which is convenient and resourceful currently.
  • [I believe] Amazon Connect should include a queue management feature, for the call centers and customer help.

  • User interface, sometimes the list you are calling on the tool can glitch and not show you the info of the lead.
  • Integration with more CRMs like Agencyzoom
  • An email automation option similar to text messages.

Kixie provides a nice user interface. There is a bit of a learning curve to load leads but it's not difficult. It's just learning where to go and how to load lists for the reps. Once you have it figured out, it's easy to get lists loaded for reps and give them the ability to manage those leads

Amazon Connect has lots of free training available for partners and in general. So many demos are available to practice. It's free to test and gain more confidence before deploying in real world scenarios. You can use other AWS features to be integrated with Amazon cloud. Features like lense is amazing
