Haiilo, which combines the functionality of the former Smarp, COYO, and Jubiwee, is an employee communications platform that aligns the workforce and improves employee engagement.
I think Ambassify is a great solution with many good things to offer, however, EveryoneSocial is better suitable for what we need and use in our company. It has many great integrations with Salesforce and Microsoft Teams to power up the communications and complements what …
Ambassify is a great way to inform colleagues about comms on social media. It’s very easy for people to share/engage with posts. The platform is convenient and requires low effort. It’s great to be able to use one platform for a variety of campaigns to keep colleagues engaged. This is a great tool.
It is our duty to distribute different content to our departments. It was hard to have control over every post on our different platforms. With EveryoneSocial, we have been able to even add social platforms where we did not have a presence before. With EveryoneSocial, we have had a better understanding of our target.
We believe that our employees’ personal growth is key to our business success. They are passionate experts who are eager to grow as professionals and share their knowledge. We were looking for a solution that would help us support their thought leadership and personal branding efforts. Smarp was the answer — a place where our employees could start engaging conversations around the company’s milestones and the latest industry news. For us, it is extremely important to encourage our employees to share their stories and what it’s like to work at Swarovski in their own words. We didn’t want to limit our communication efforts to the messages we share through the official Swarovski communication channels. As mentioned earlier, one of our top priorities at Swarovski is to empower our employees and support their personal growth. It is important for us to enable them to contribute to the development of our employer brand. We wanted to make sure that the content our employees receive in their personal news feeds resonates with their expertise and interest. By offering a wide range of topics and letting our employees decide which ones they want to follow, we make sure that we share the right content with them — the content they want to consume
Enabling the creation of a platform that can reward employees for going the extra mile and help to spread the word about the company
How the platform has almost been "gamified"
Just keeps employees up to date on all of the things going on in the company from a marketing perspective - such as new web pages/social posts, meaning they can engage with this content and help promote
Leaderboards: I think it's great to have one, it's a strong motivator, but to my knowledge, there's no room for customizations/separate leaderboards the way there is for the different content streams. Seems like a no-brainer that each content stream/group should have its own leaderboard. With one general leaderboard, I've seen it actually discourage people from participating, b/c they see Joe Smith with over a thousand shares, etc. and feel like they'll never catch up, so why bother. Separate, customized leaderboards would be a right direction for this product. This is really one of the only areas I think this tool is really lacking in.
I gave it this rating because it is easy to use, creates positive competition between employees about who can have the most impact on the brand, engages others in a way we have not yet been able to duplicate and is very simple.
Microsoft Yammer is also a great tool, but it doesn't have many integration possibilities like Ambassify do. It also lacks that casual touch that is characteristic of Amabassify. Another important factor in this kind of tool is the user interface, it needs to be extremely friendly and intuitive to guarantee its continuous uses, and that's Ambassify's key.
I consider that EveryoneSocial stacks up against other platforms since it has more complete and useful tools that we can use to acquire better results in productivity and time management. As well, it has been a very user-friendly platform. It was a smooth transition that worked for the best of everyone.
Smarp is a cheaper and easier solution to implement than Sociabble. Sociabble provides a more robust and customizable platform that can be more tailored to your team but can be significantly harder for teams to adopt. Since one of the primary reasons we utilize Smarp is to make social sharing easy for users who would otherwise not do so, ease of adoption is a critical differentiator in Smarp’s favor. However, there are certainly use cases where a more robust platform like Sociabble would make more sense for a company.
Smarp makes it easy to see the EEMV (estimated earned media value) your company has generated by sharing through the platform (the Ad spend equivalence of your efforts)
Smarp increased the average teams LinkedIn activity/sharing by ~50%
Smarp is affordable and often provides a positive ROI when considering the EEMV benefits
