It is very useful if a customer isn't quite sure what they want, and prefer not to speak to a member of our sales team directly. It is less useful for our experienced knowledgeable customers.

Cons

  • The price is on the high end. We use a good part of our web growth budget on just AnswerDash.
  • I really have no other complaints. Although expensive, it's worth every penny.
  • We have had 0% negative feedback from our customers regarding AnswerDash.

  • Services Module: Project Management is very plain with not much use.
  • Internal Tickets & Cases: all the information is really clogged they could use a better segmentation.
  • Appointments page: you can create your custom appointment page but it needs more work.

It is as good as you could expect for a company that operates from another continent. Emails are quickly responded to and do not usually require additional questions or answers. It is quite rare for a company of their size to be as responsive as they are and that makes them a sound choice to deal with.

Just being a user of Vtiger since I got hired at GB Advisors. Used those solutions on previous experiences, Microsoft Dynamics was deployed in my previous job for opportunity management, it was not so friendly as Vtiger, not sure if it was a bad deployment. Salesforce was used by ISR for quoting and budgeting to customers. Base CRM just used the smartphone app before the dynamic CRM and we offer Freshsales along with Vtiger in our company to other customers

  • It has freed up a great amount of time for our sales team.
  • The sales team is able to focus on acquiring new clientele resulting in greater sales numbers company-wide.
  • The sales team can also make a greater number of repeat up-sells and add-on sales when the customers don't feel like they are being taken advantage of.
