Aptean Encompix ERP vs. SAP Cloud ERP

If an organization often makes standard products and purchases standard material for those products, then this ERP suits well for such scenarios, where there is a standard list of material - which can be used to build Item Master records in Encompix. And it's well suited for companies which do keep inventory / stock. Not well suited if the organization doesn't have item masters, and every product is a custom product.

Use of the software ensures compliance and allows smooth integration with other systems. The software allows customization to accommodate users' uniqueness and has very convenient customer support services. The only major challenge with the software is limited configuration.

That being said moving from one ERP to another only happens once in a great while for large organizations. The software is user-friendly and intuitive. It has extensive and reliable reporting and forecasting systems. Smooth integration of the software with other products and unlimited customization. SAP Cloud ERP software supports many languages and ensures high accuracy in billing and invoicing.

The support system I find great as whenever I run into problems they rectify them quickly as possible they never reacted late the support is just up to the mark for me. They provide many solutions to the problems I faced the [technical] team support is always amazing they [listen] to mean work accordingly.

implementation. The cloud version requires a deeper understanding of the
different capabilities of the local systems (hardware) and the connection
towards your local IT team. We found several problems on our systems that we
couldn't foresee before the implementation and roll out.

Materials module in Encompix ERP is more robust over the Abas ERP. We had previously used Abas before Encompix, and the reports are more robust in Encompix, and custom reports were possible. Bill of Materials can be uploaded in Encompix, unlike Abas. Item Masters feature was available. Vendor cross reference and performance tracking are some good features as well.

• For authentication we can also use Microsoft MFA or Google single sign-on , so less complexity
• For customized business process, we can implement extension packages which are like templates
