Archie vs. Skedda

Archie is great if you need to manage your entire office eg: how your team reserves a desk, how they book meeting rooms and so on. They don't sell any hardware so you'll have to get your own tablets if you need those for meeting rooms. I would say the experience is even better when embedded into teams/outlook.

It is really well suited for managing either desks and meeting rooms, or resources. It was really important for us that equipment could be included as bookable items because we can then track who has them - where and when. The self-service nature of bookings allows everyone to manage their own time.

• Their customer service team is always helpful and fast in replying via chat or email.
• The platform is exceptionally easy to use and customize to our needs.
• It integrates with Microsoft Teams and Outlook

• the clear and accurate map of the space
• different filters (grid, day, map) for different users
• being able to build a questionnaire within the booking form
• giving people easy access to log-in
• the amount of control you can have over what your users see

• The program is quite automatic, although it took me some time to adjust to the many processes that our organization has in place.

• Only one account can be setup as the overall owner of the system with control to adjust key settings. It would be good if more than one owner could be assigned to spread out the workload, without the need to for a shared account.

I give Archie a 10, since I really love using it. It does exactly what it promises with no hiccups. It's a well-designed product, created with a user in mind. It's also well integrated into other products, like Slack and Google Calendar. Aside from some minor improvements, it's a great solution.

For a non-tech person, it isn't clear to me how to create and use tags. Some instruction/training would be useful.

The response time is extremely quick and the video responses are great to refer back to.

For a non tech person more training on the in-depth functionality would be appreciated and useful.

It helps with Visitors management and Meeting Room Management of our Organization

The price is better, and the web interface is easier to navigate

Skedda is much more comprehensive than these products and has infinitely more controls and options than Survey Monkey or Google Surveys. It would be difficult to implement either platform for the scale of reservations and scheduling we are currently using Skedda for and would make saving user information much more time-consuming for the staff of our organization.

• Increase in our revenue after adding different levels of membeship
• We can now open rooms to external bookings without affecting our regular members
• It helped us optimize our physical resources better

• we have been able to increase the amount of people using the spaces - from 20 companies a week, to up to 30 because we gave people the power to book
• employees don't have to keep checking emails from people asking about availability - users can just see this for themselves so this saved us a lot of time and workload
