Overall Satisfaction with Skedda
Skedda is currently being used to manage a number of key hotdesking locations within our 3 building estate, as well as our new Research Labs. With new changes to the management of room occupancy needed following COVID19. Skedda provided the exact service that we needed.
Pros
- Facilitates self-management of hotdesking rooms
- Provides an easy to use interface that users are happy to engage with.
- Provides us with useful space utilisation data that enables us to make our estate safer and more energy efficient.
Cons
- Only one account can be setup as the overall owner of the system with control to adjust key settings. It would be good if more than one owner could be assigned to spread out the workload, without the need to for a shared account.
- Mobile app access
- Dynamic Maps
- Ability to see other staff members for collaborative working
- Skedda has improved the efficiency of our operations in key on-site areas.
- We are still in the early stages of use, so no clear monetary ROI's have been identified.
