The customer base of the organization is very big. These consumers use [a] variety of devices plus the organization Where I work, I support many different channels to distribute our content. Our audience [is] spread globally. [The] headless nature of Contentstack prevents us from creating content with assumptions about how it is going to render. This allows downstream teams flexibility to choose styles without worrying about any bugs that may have been introduced during authoring.

The user interface is functional but can be better.
Occasionally I am unable to add a certain time to a blog post, but it fixes itself when I refresh.
One of the things that we feel could still improve, is the bulk actions.

It is [a] lean, modern interface (not clunky and outdated, like WordPress)
[The] high degree of flexibility (I can structure data any way my clients need)
Enables headless frontend (i.e. I can build any frontend I want without having to change my CMS)
Faster changes and new associates can easily navigate without prior training/knowledge of CMS to make content updates

Since Contentstack is cloud-based we don't need to worry about managing infrastructure. We can trust that our data is safe and available. So, we saved some [costs] in managing infrastructure.
Contentstack allows our delivery teams to move forward quickly with projects by lowering the barrier to entry when compared to a traditional CMS.
It enabled a degree of flexibility in our delivery methods that simply didn't exist before.
