We use SMSAPI in our client's projects. Mainly it is useful for sending urgent notifications ex. Action required from the user. Moreover, its use as remarketing channel for registered users that not decided to purchase or as promotional offers with additional items on sale or discounts.

Good usability and it is easy to train new employees on the platform since it is so intuitive. Love playing around with the segmentation tools and seeing how it affects audience size for deployments. Overall, a great UI experience.

Fast and easy to communicate with. I wish we went over more insights and analytics on our monthly calls with our account manger. This would really give us the push that we need in order to best utilize the platform as a whole.

Attentive
While ManyChat is specific to Facebook Messenger, my experience in their platform made it very easy to hit the ground running with Attentive Mobile. With the policy changes in the Messenger world, we have mostly abandoned that and moved to SMS for a direct line to customers. Attentive Mobile has much stronger ROAS with SMS than ManyChat had with Facebook Messenger.
