Avaya Communications API vs. Stream Feeds vs. Telegram

The Avaya [One Cloud CPaaS (formerly Zang Cloud)] of course is very well suited for any business purpose where the automated sending or handing of SMS and voice conversations, but specifically being able to use the embedded "Voice Input" functionality allows you to combine Avaya CPaaS with Natural Language and AI with these multi channel inputs which brings the customer experience to another level!

Telegram has been very well suited for family video calls and conversations where detailed and private information is being shared. Video calling is fantastic and I'm so thrilled that they added group video calls now! The video quality is also so good that I've been able to use it to make virtual portrait sessions happen. I just don't use this for sending out formal contracts and things like that. I feel like email still needs to be used for those scenarios, but any client that just wants a secure way of communicating with me about their private family matters...this is THE app to use!

• It is so safe to use that many users can share anything, including private pictures of anyone, even nudity as well. That is horribly disgusting.
• They should restrict those users who run nudity in the Telegram groups and community.
• Otherwise, I don't have any problem[s with] Telegram. I am a very satisfied user of Telegram.

Mark was recently scheduled for some customer support training, based on identified gaps in his job performance. Mark starts on the “My Classes” screen. The home page for each topic includes a live feed of announcements, learning-related posts, and other activity. The People panel displays a list of all participants and provides an indication of who is currently online. Mark clicks the ‘Join Virtual Classroom’ button to join the next Virtual Coaching Session. Mark meets with a coach and several peers in a live video collaboration environment. Next, Mark clicks the Chat tab and quickly says hi to the group. Avaya OneCloud CPaaS support has been excellent. Specifically:

• Onboarding new users (licensing)
• API integration support
• Client platform support for learners
• Seamless rollout of new features (and documentation)

We have tried many other CPaaS platforms including Twilio, Telnyx, Nexmo, SignalWire and Bandwidth. The Avaya CPaaS has the richest set of available features combined with the most competitive pricing model!

I used WhatsApp Business but it's limited. I can add only 250+/- members to the WhatsApp group. But in Telegram, it's 200000. So this is a big opportunity to promote my event. Telegram has much more user data privacy and company transparency than Signal. I am using both but telegram for vas communication
