Far and away a better capability when it comes to integrations and automation. My experience with BetterCloud, especially from a support perspective has ALWAYS been great. As the product has progressed from FLASHPANEL to g.bettecloud to app.bettercloud that support experience …
BetterCloud has a much more friendly UI when it comes to building workflows as I've mentioned before. Our team has visited Okta workflows a number of times but it was incredibly difficult to replicate our current BetterCloud workflows into Okta because the Okta UI for workflow …
When we evaluated the products, Bettercloud came through because of price and customer service. The company listens to you and takes the advise of the customers to help mold and create a better product. Okta was a close second choice, it is a great product as well. We have …
BetterCloud exists as a unique product that doesn't directly compete with many other products or companies. It does handle user management, policy management, security and compliance, and more but other products don't tie things together the same way that Bettercloud does. It …
There are very services that actually do what Bettercloud does, and we haven’t evaluated any because they usually fall under a group of enterprise software that I like to stay far away from. There are applications with similar goals, but there’s a lot of unnecessary …
BetterCloud has proven way more efficient than the native Google Admin application. It has saved us from having to perform custom programming for delegation admin tasks, and has been the best admin suite we have used to date.
Google is great, however, BetterCloud is able to go into the backend of Google which helps us out tremendously. Permissions with BetterCloud exceeds the application it is being used for which is amazing. BetterCloud's GUI is very easy to navigate, however, I feel it could be …
Compared to WiseStamp - BetterCloud is much more advanced for the purpose of creating, managing, applying, and updating signatures for users of a Google domain. Signatures can be applied by User, Group, or ORG, and policies can be created to reapply signatures according to a …
Simplest tool out of all and more affordable. Better support and documentation. More users and great prompt support. Prior to starting a new task time estimate should be provided. The license system is more manageable however should be available for more or less users rather …
Sharegate is superior in most ways except teams sites migration to GCC high tenant. It’s not possible with Sharegate but abitTitan can somewhat migrate teams to GCC high tenants. I wish MS would make available the Graph for GCC so we can utilize Sharegate Team migration tools! …
The manual deprovisioning and permissions management Bettercloud provides is really good. The state of workflow automations however is not where it needs to be, particularly if we can't use those workflows to automate user creation using not just our default username/email convention, but one that is very common across most organizations.
It's great for all kinds of migrations big and small. The reports are also very usefull and the MS Teams administration options are a bonus. It's file/networkdrive migration options could be completere but they work. I hope ShareGate will invest some more effort in to that feature. ShareGate is quite complete as it is right now.
Allows us to quickly audit and assign delegates to email account, something that's completely missing in Google as an administrative function
Allows us to automate offboarding of a Google account
Allows us to perform bulk actions, like assigning email signatures and forwarding to hundreds of accounts at a time
Allows us to audit Google Drive files. Orphaned files are very common in Google Workspace, and BetterCloud allows us to find them and take ownership of them.
It is a powerful tool for copying files along with their associated metadata and version history. It integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365 and supports workflow migrations. However, it may not be ideal for non-technical users. Currently, it does not support Power Platform workflow migrations and lacks a pause function—offering only start or stop options during migration.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the ShareGate tool, which is used effectively for migration purposes, not only to migrate the contents from SharePoint to SharePoint but also to the contents from file share to SharePoint. This tool helps us review the warnings/errors from the migrations quickly and helps us identify what caused the errors. I hope the ShareGate product team will consider migration of power automated workflows using this tool in future releases.
The tool is generally very reliable, with minimal downtime or unplanned outages. It performs consistently during migrations and administrative tasks, and users rarely encounter critical application errors.
In most cases, ShareGate performs well—pages load quickly, and reports are generated in a reasonable timeframe, even for moderately complex environments. Its interface is responsive, and it handles standard migrations and administrative tasks efficiently. However, performance can slow down during very large migrations or when processing high volumes of data, especially if the source or destination environments are heavily customized
Support for BetterCloud is excellent. They have fantastic email support who are very responsive and knowledgeable, but more importantly they have chat support that are absolutely top-notch. They have not only the knowledge to answer and help, but the capability to solve without escalations or runarounds. These support folks are the real deal.
Far and away a better capability when it comes to integrations and automation. My experience with BetterCloud, especially from a support perspective has ALWAYS been great. As the product has progressed from FLASHPANEL to g.bettecloud to app.bettercloud that support experience has stayed top notch.
We love the other Teams admin tools available!
ShareGate scales well across departments and sites, supporting large migrations and tenant moves with strong Microsoft 365 integration. However, it lacks advanced automation, Power Platform support, and pause/resume functionality, which can limit its effectiveness in highly complex or enterprise-scale environments.
