Bigtincan Hub is a very well suited solution for board and other meeting management if your organisation values security and centralisation of document distribution. It has allowed us to eliminate paper based documentation for meetings, and provides meeting members instant access to documents and meeting information that can be updated by staff, as required instead of continually reprinting information.

• There is some functionality that is missing when it comes to being able to utilize file level detail. The structure is based on a folder level organization so there is no way to tag specific files.
• Their reporting capabilities are not super user friendly but this is made up by the customer success team.

We have used Dropbox before, but it does not compare to Veelo. Veelo offers many more features and can be accessed online which allows for the most up to date content at all times. Dropbox can't track content open rates as Veelo can.
