Bluesnap admin usability is much higher than other processing gateways on the market. The integration and reporting is above average

Melio is a business-to-business service, so it has been helpful in serving our business clients. Unfortunately, we are not able to use it, for nonbusiness clients, at this time.

• Makes it easy to request vendor payment details.
• Integrates well with QBO to make AP management simple.

• Launch support was lacking. They did help with initial setup but after that, it was tough to get questions addressed.

• There should be an automatic link between vendors added with their Melio link and the same vendors that already exist in QuickBooks. As it is now, a new vendor is created when you do that and is not linked with the one that already is in QuickBooks.

Merchant e solutions has a truly awful admin website and is clunky to use. There are almost no options for customization. Bluesnap allows configuration to fit our needs and a much better customer service experience.

Bill.com is more expensive and more difficult to use than Melio. While it has a greater range of functionality and apparently has better integration into QuickBooks, we didn't need the greater functionality and I had just as much trouble integrating into Bill.com as I have with Melio.

• negative -- caused late fees and angry vendors to due withheld payments
• negative -- held all my transfers causing late fees and other penalties. They caused damage to my vendor relationships due to needlessly delayed business to business payments
