Plans scale to provide additional validations. A discount of ZeroBounce ONE is available for annual billing. Enterprise customers who need to validate more than 1,000,000 email addresses per month should contact the ZeroBounce sales team for a customized quote.
Bouncer is better in terms of accuracy and reporting. It's reasonable priced without binding the customer into long term contracts. I guess Bouncer is well positioned to maintain its position in the pecking order. The competition doesn't come close enough to be a threat, yet. …
Bouncer got better bounce rates. I also tried Dropcontact alone, but the bounce rates were above 5%. Bouncer helped me to lower my bounce rates between 2-5%, which is excellent. The pricing is good and it has a Woodpecker integration, which is another tool I use. It makes my …
Both products offer more or less the same features. Zero Bounce is a bit more extensive when it comes to the level of details provided for each validation. Bouncer is more focused on simpler result categorization. When it comes to the response times, availability and accuracy, …
Bouncer is the cheaper solution in the market and the more cost effective one with a volume based pricing or a recurring subscription based model. really flexible and tailored as you need depending on your use cases and usage on the contrary of the most of the providers of the …
We have used many validation softwares buy we choose Bouncer because they provide us a good validation, fast and simple to use. For validation bouncer is fast and easier to use than other platforms I have could to use in the past. They bring good validation results.
We found ZeroBounce to have the most comprehensive set of tools and easiest to use interface. Their customer support has also been 24/7 and very responsive.
I have already recommended bouncer to a number of my colleagues, and I know of one that is already deploying it. Protecting your online reputation, staying off of UCE blacklists and the like are important to deliverability of your messages. Having a simple tool such as bouncer really helps achieve deliverability goals without deterring from your workflow to any degree.
At the outset of my position with my current company, we used a marketing automation system that was known as a swiss army knife: it could do many things, but none of them well. They had no built in functionality for boosting email deliverability. Digging in to find out what we could do to improve our authority, we learned we needed to clean our lists before sending. ZeroBounce does everything we need it to, and at a reasonable price. What more could you want?
Bulk List validation up to 25 IDs per action is useful in some situations, as we don't want to create a CSV file every time, and for this smaller number.
We sometimes use the email Finder option when we can't find an email for a person on any other platform.
Maybe to add some filters for History checks (by date, period, reason, person's name in case it's a corporate account, domain of email (by writing it manually), etc.) and add a date of verification
In case it's a corporate account, to add name of the person who verifies an email/bulk
If an email has been previously checked, and now you want to check it again (e.g. a few days later), then to show the status of email BUT to mention that you've already checked this email earlier (maybe to show the date)
Navigating among bulk validation, CSV upload, and single-ID validation is hard, and sometimes finding them or switching between them can be made more user-friendly.
Results: After bulk validation, we receive the results in a Zip file, which is useful sometimes but not every time, as we have to un-zip, and there will be a different CSV file for each result. The final results can be made simple, like email ID in column A, results (valid or Invalid) in column B.
Because I love this kind of solution. Not a lot of different functionalities but really effective for why I'm using it. I need to make sure my email list and CRM are corrects and Bouncer is perfect for that!
For the large suite of services that they offer their system is pretty easy to understand and navigate. ZeroBonce is also NOT one of those services that is constantly tweaking their UI and making it hard to find tasks that you regularly use. More complex tasks can be more challenging but that's understandable. They also have an extensive restful API that if technical enough allow you to automate some of your most used tasks. They stand behind their product with good documentation as well as high quality customer service.
We have used ZeroBounce for about 18 months and it works flawlessly. We are able to get all of our questions/issues answered immediately. Felt very comfortable with the product immediately - used their web site which walked us through it and were able to get up and running within minutes. I really haven't had any issues that required support.
Bouncer validates and cleans email lists more accurately than other tools. It has a lower false, positive rate, can identify hard bounces, and provides detailed reports on email validation results, making it a more reliable and effective tool for maintaining a clean email list.
We considered AtData since it was recommended by a colleague who has used it in the past. We ultimately ended up going with ZeroBounce based on the cost and documentation/resources available. Email validation tools are probably very similar, but ZeroBounce seemed the simplest for us, and we needed to implement one fast, so activation time was very quick.
ROI can't be defined for mail checking, but it definitely saves much time and effort, and probably money since it allows us to appear in mailbox of our leads.
