The VidCruiter platform offers a variety of products and features designed specifically to optimize recruitment. The platform can be completely customized to meet the specific needs of any recruitment scenario.
We selected VidCruiter over Spark Hire mostly because of the ability to edit rubrics. In a world where equity is at the top, we must be able to rate candidates in a non-biased way and being able to edit the rubrics allows us to do so. We also through customer service was top …
Spark Hire touted integration with our ATS, but after further investigation, the integration came via the Google Chrome browser. There was not a true integration, and I did not like that part of their pitch. InterviewStream directly aligned to our ATS, but it was way out of our …
VidCruiter raised the stake to a whole new level for us. We had few companies that we were considering, but VidCruiter had the best offer that suited our needs and gave us some flexibility and a chance to have an impact on the development of the tool together with the …
VidCruiter was mainly chosen due to the integrated video and live interview modules, its good looks and simple but flexible setup and good support during setup and during day to day operation.
Overall BrightHire has a really nice UI and is very simple to use. It is also quite fast. It appears as "Notetaker" for your company during the interview. However I am unsure of its capabilities (at this time) to very accurately capture transcripts in languages that are not English (it could be but I cannot attest to it right now). Its ability to capture technical jargon is not perfect. I would recommend using BrightHire when you you are conducting non technical interviews at this time
VidCruiter is best suited for those that want to be paperless and go the digital route. VidCruiter gives the option to record the live interviews so they remain on the platform if we ever need to go back to review. In my opinion there is not a scenario where this is not appropriate, because if you don't see a function of interest, VidCruiter will consider creating it or figure a way to make it happen for you
VidCruiter grasped what it was that we needed and wanted to understand how their product could improve the experience of the applicants and volunteers.
We had people with various experience with technology on the planning team, and Remi's patience and professionalism with everyone involved meant that we could all get behind this new process. We also increased our volunteer roll from the previous year, and saved a lot of time so that we could focus on the event and less on the volunteer tracking process.
Their service orientation is very strong. I never once felt that we were falling behind and could always get in touch with VidCruiter when needed.

Clarity on deadlines for performance task
The error message is vague ("Either you have withdrawn from this process or the deadline to complete this process has been reached") which one? You should know!
This is our first season of using VidCruiter or any ATS. We are very happy with the time saved and level of organization and clarity that using VidCruiter has provided. We have a ton of ideas for improvements for the next season, and the flexibility of the system, the easy setup and maintenance and the very responsive support from VidCruiter makes this easy.

In a world where equity is at the top, we must be able to rate candidates in a non-biased way and being able to edit the rubrics allows us to do so. We also through customer service was top notch at VidCruiter and decided to keep using it (we considered switching to Spark Hire at one point)
