Call Center Studio vs. Kixie

+ We need to have make a unique survey implemantation. Like we had many surveys after the call and wanted distrubute randomly since they have such a good technical knowledge, we solved many technical obstacles in couple of days and implemented our survey. - I would like to see the dashboard pinned on my agents desktops.

Suited if you want to hear old calls. Not suited for teaching new SDR's how to talk or what a good call is and why. Kixie doesn't transcribe either.

• It has many important functions, such as call management, which allows me to know the calls on hold, incoming calls, time of the call, waiting time of the calls, this way I can have more control of how much time I invest to each client.
• The function of recording calls is also very important to know my performance with the client and improve in the future.
• It integrates very well with other applications such as Skype and Salesforce, which are the ones I use.

• Kixie integrates seamlessly with our CRM (Zoho), meaning it updates call notes directly on the customer's CRM profile.
• The one-click dialing feature directly through our CRM is a great feature. It's so simple; just search for a name, one-click, and you are on the phone.
• The local presence feature is a nice touch for cold calls. It provides a local area code when cold calling to increase the likelihood of an answer to the call.

• User interface, sometimes the list you are calling on the tool can glitch and not show you the info of the lead.

Kixie provides a nice user interface. There is a bit of a learning curve to load leads but it's not difficult. It's just learning where to go and how to load lists for the reps. Once you have it figured out, it's easy to get lists loaded for reps and give them the ability to manage those leads
