If you have a job opening or a high turn around rate like we do. (we are a staffing company) [CareerSiteBuilder] is a great place to to start. It is affordable and reaches hundreds of potential employees. When you search resumes sometimes when you enter keywords you have to play around with it to find the right phrasing. Its not difficult just time consuming.

Oorwin is very automated ATS system and once jobs will be posted over vms portal it will add directly here in the Oorwin.Sometime parsing will not work correctly that’s the major issue I have ever.also need to interstate the beeline vms also in the Oorwin currently it was not supporting Dotstaff and Beeline in Oorwin so we need to add the requirement manually

I think it can be very helpful and generate great ROI if you are a big company with a lot of recruitment processes running. It provides a centralized management view and a lot of resources/features. It can be too much and become hard to manage if you have spot and urgent demands, since it takes time to start getting results from the system, considering its learning curve.

  • It has the ability to be easy to use and has multiple components that make it easy to quickly find employees.
  • I really enjoy using PageUp because once you're trained in it, it's very easy to use.
  • It's especially strong in being able to organize manage positions and you're able to put as much information as you need on the job descriptions.

  • At first reporting and analytics were a bit confusing, but then we got used to it.
  • It would be great to have tools to make easier the deployment of simple and quick recruitment process, reducing the learning curve to use the product.
  • A version in Portuguese would make everything easier for us.

I had used Ceipal and JobDiva before and I found the Oorwin much interactive than the other .Its very easy to learn and train to the new hires .We can send the timesheet and invoice through the Oorwin. JobDiva is also more costly than the Oorwin and Ui is also not much interactive in JobDiva.

  • We have been able to present MORE candidates to our clients in the staffing industry, and therefore fill more positions.
  • We are able to find MORE QUALIFIED candidates using search features, to in turn fill more direct-hire positions.
  • We have to pay or Career Builder for thousands of people, so that takes away from ROI.

  • We will get very less response through mass emailing to candidates
  • Most of the time email sent through Oorwin went in spam so less response
