It is appropriate and I am sure it will meet your organization's needs if you are looking for an end to end Learning Management System, where you can design and upload content for your different programs. Centrical is also highly recommended if you are looking to gamify programs. Another strong point is performance management as it allows for real-time KPI information and analysis and for some precision on-demand learning. It does not have a plug and play course catalog, so it isn't a solution if you are looking for a catalog of courses for employee development.

The reason to give this rating is corely because of multiple level analysis, everstage provide product level analysis which is truly beneficial for any business manager, we can understand which product is doing good in the organization and we can understand which sales executive is selling more which course. The sales executives can understand their next stage of the incentive and monthly target left to do
Overall, this is a great product, with many flexible and value-add characteristics. The variety of flavors it offers to configure learning and performance management solutions from scratch, together with a strong team behind it and the appropriate support channels, make this an ideal option for most organizations.
As an end-user (individual contributor), Everstage has added an extra layer of transparency to my commission process. This allows me to have full visibility into my attainments and the breakdown for each month. In the case of any mismatches, Everstage allows for me to raise disputes directly from the platform, helping avoid extra layers of unnecessary communication that can be difficult to keep track of. The clean and simple interface makes it very simple and easy to navigate even for a non-technical person like myself.
There is a dedicated support team available and a support platform 24/7. Tickets are worked on quickly and a sense of urgency is understood by the provider. Feedback is taken into consideration, and one thing that makes a huge difference for me is the fact that there is a product development team that constantly reaches out and enhances the product to adapt to clients' needs.
It's Wonderful. They have been accessible when in need. the response is immediate and genuine. the support wait time is not too long either. when a fault is pointed out, thy accept it and try to work on it and within a week they try to find a better option to resolve the issue. Accepting and working to deliver better is really appreciable thing. Kudos to the team on that

This user-friendly platform is also guaranteed to be secure and compliant to PCI standards, which makes a huge difference.
Everstage in comparison has been providing agility, integration and insights better than the competitors. The UI and options to access are handy, chunky and user friendly. The best thing about everstage is, it does not have a difficulty or complex learning curve when it comes to establishing the learning curve for the new associates who always find it comforting and easy to accept to check in their daily goals and incentives.
