I’d definitely recommend ChatGPT to anyone as a great introduction to generative AI and as a starting point in research, writing, brainstorming, or general questions or judgement questions. It can be a great tool to use when you don’t necessarily need an accurate answer. For example, I wouldn’t let it calculate my taxes, but I’d use it to ask some general tax questions, then ask for sources and then verify by checking those sources. I also love ChatGPT for writing and questions - it’s great for emails, creating templates and outlines, and for generating spreadsheet formulas.

Smith.ai Website Chat is an excellent solution for law firm owners that want a cost-effective strategy to capture lead information from website visitors. Our website generates hundreds of visitors each day and over 7,000 visitors per month. I strategically have placed the online chat feature on the contact page on our website to engage with only those potential clients that are serious about retaining our services and making a purchasing decision. I have priced this type of online chat service with several other providers (Ngage, Apex Chat). Some of these providers charge as much as $35 or hire per qualified lead. Smith.ai comes in at approximately $8-$15 per chat session with a potential lead and even offers some flat rate options. There can be further cost savings if only the chatbot feature is used without live agent support. In this option, a website visitor can engage with a chatbot using Automated questions and answers without the need for live agent support. My firm beta tested this product in of it itself and it generated several thousands of dollars in revenue. The customer support has also been exceptional. All the representatives at Smith.ai have been responsive to customer service questions and implementation of the product. Wish it had support for better slides generation. Sometimes we found ourselves using chatgpt to outline a presentation but build it ourselves or use a tool like Gamma
Maybe a chepear $10 plan. In some countries the US dollar can be expensive and $20 goes a long way.
I wish you could make projects with more files. They limit it. Or make the limit based on the content, not the number of files per se

ChatGPT is a powerful assistant. As long as you understand what it is you're looking for in its results, it can save you a lot of time due to its ability to do the heavy lifting for you. This frees your time up to enable you to concentrate on other tasks.

It's a potent utility tool, personally and professionally. It’s also very convenient - it can be used for a wide range of things and scenarios, and when used correctly, it usually produces dependable results in seconds. I would give it a full 10 if it didn't hallucinate as much as it does, and the image generator was more accurate.

Smith.ai Live Website Chat allows you to provide a script for when they answer prospective clients. The script is customizable as your needs change. However, the script only goes so far, as they do not know your business personally. Once they do go through that script, they send you an email with the caller's contact information so you can reach out personally if they seem interested. They do so with efficiency.

Smith.ai pays for itself if we can help one site visitor move down our lead funnel to being a client. We have averaged over 50+ new leads each month since implementing the chat and with a close rate for becoming new clients that is double what our advertising PPC new client closing rate has been.
I find that ChatGPT has the best overall system for user-friendly Ai. I like the customization options of this tool in comparison to others. The ease of setting up a custom GPT with knowledge and resources is great - you don't get that in other tools. I also like the ability to embed the application directly into the browser or computer. This is powerful and opens up addition features or tools

Came down to pricing. Smith.ai Live Website Chat did not have the same level of customization and support as other alternatives but there are enough customization and tools that it was clear it would solve the problems and at a good price.

I can solve problems quickly. What would take some time, for example, writing an SPF string, ChatGPT can do it correctly in seconds if I it gives the correct information.
The best tool I've ever used for research. For example, I can ask ChatGPT to list all the villages, cities and townships in a specific county. And provide the URL link for each.
Problems that seem unsolvable, i.e. why is Gmal rejecting every message from our list server is answered with a number of suggestions that I can follow up with.

Positive - Smith.ai has easily saved me $25k+ in receptionist costs. They probably helped me land another $50k in new business I would otherwise not have brought in the door because they immediately grabbed the client on our website so they didn't get away or have to wait 2 days for a call back. Great ROI (100 to 1 ROI is probably not an exaggeration for my law firm).
