Overall Satisfaction with Live Website Chat

We used Live Website Chat as the chat software and answering service for our website. It frees up internal resources to fully focus on other things rather than having chat as a background task that can interrupt at any time.

  • The chat is difficult for users to dismiss, it must be dismissed on every page
  • An average of 3 more sales meeting per month, 6% increase
Came down to pricing. Live Website Chat did not have the same level of customization and support as other alternatives but there are enough customization and tools that it was clear it would solve the problems and at a good price.
Pretty good but some customizations take time and some are not possible.
Their support is very quick and responsive.
