Chili Piper vs. Eventleaf

Chili Piper is GREAT for sales development teams booking for sales people. This is especially true when there is a "round robin" system that needs to be abided by. I've experienced a lot of bad round robin systems and Chili Piper's is fantastic. This is also a great tool to schedule with people across multiple time zones, which I don't want to have to focus on while speaking. It enables sales reps to focus on the prospect, not the time change. Chili piper would not be a good fit for underperforming sales teams that don't book any meetings (:

When preparing for an event, having online registration is vital to planning. The online registration allows participants to learn about the event, determine their schedule and inform the host of their needs. For planning purposes, there are several helpful reports available through the Eventleaf Online app. This is a great tool if your organization will collect registrations for >50.

• Chili Piper integrates with Salesforce very well which I haven't seen other calendar apps do yet.
• Meeting Buffer functionality assures that AEs won't be booked back-to back.
• I can send the link to each of my meeting templates for different prospects

• Easy to use: I was a first time user and signing up was super easy.
• Intuitive: The progam flowed naturally; the order of the tabs and their contents made sense and led me through the process with ease.
• Comprehensive: While I only used the program to register folks for a fundraiser, it has other options which I will totally use down the road.

• They are continually improving their offering and we've seen great leaps over the past 2 years.
• Would be nice to be able to modify the email reminders for every single contact and event versus have set templates
• Faster load times, but we can’t complain too much!

• Although the registration component is fully customizable, the website itself could be more customizable. It is pretty restrictive on what you can put where.
• The registration takes a little while to set up depending on how much information you need. It also doesn't allow for repeat fields which makes bringing multiple guests challenging.

• Support was very responsive during our integration phase, and after that too.
• They have the whole infrastructure built to notify customers about bug/outages, which is excellent. Entire System outage only happened once, but being updated on fix progress helped a lot to keep our team calm.

Great customer service. My colleague reached out for support midway through planning our event and they replied quickly with a thorough solution to our problem

Calendly was being used at the company by some other departments and still is to some extent. However adding Chili Piper fore the marketing and sales departments was a no brainer once we saw the demo. It's Calendly on steroids and the company is just getting started using it. I'm sure we will see even more benefits as the years go on.

The EventLeaf website made me feel that their product/service was more about my event needs and less about hyping themselves. I found the timely and helpful support from EventLeaf wonderful. The team that presented the live demo were very helpful, answered what might have seemed like dumb questions from me (being new at this) with respect and helpfulness. The ability to customize pricing to the scope and needs of the event we were planning was great

• More demos held by simplifying the scheduling process. More demos = more opportunities
• Initial set up was frustrating and created a lot of mix up which allowed some leads to slip through the cracks early
• Integration with Salesforce.com saved our reps time because they didn't have to log activities manually

• Eventleaf cut the cost of event management software by nearly $2.5
• It has saved us countless hours on the phone with customer care--we spent 10 years with a big-brand event management company which equated to 100s of hours on the phone with customer service. I haven't had to contact customer service yet.
