Likelihood to Recommend Cience is well suited for providing building blocks when you are starting with very little. They took the time to learn our unique product and weren't hesitant to jump on an account for a less than traditional ICP. If you are looking to outsource sales, just be prepared to be an active voice in the partnership.

S2M is well suited to be seen as partner that can support and guide you to achieve sustained pipeline growth. They put in a lot effort to understand your solution, processes, plans, and dedicate themselves to be in line with your strategy. They have been perfectly able to understand our identity and the way we want to be seen by our customers, and have subsequently put in practice. Based on the leads generated by S2M and the feedback from customers we have gained thanks to them, I can conclude that S2M has represented an accurate image of us already when touching base with them for the very first time

Read full review Cons There isn't much to say here for me from a feature or functionality perspective. We've always had a very seamless interaction with CIENCE from a technology standpoint. I have to admit that I am typically the bottleneck if things ever get stuck because our team at CIENCE usually has to push me to get materials and documentation for our campaigns. We once ran into a slight issue with the timing for our contract renewal. I needed to pause our service because of a large deal we acquired, and I needed to save some extra funds to ensure we could prepare for it properly. I was technically too late to put the pause in time based on the dates in our contract. However, the CIENCE team worked closely with me to come up with a creative solution that was understanding of my challenging situation at the time, while also favoring our long-term partnership rather than short-sighted revenue gains. We were successful in identifying the team from CIENCE who would be dedicated to Manifest and were able to have all levels of both companies involved in the implementation process.

Read full review We learned about S2M from a new colleague who had previously worked with them. We had never worked with an agency like S2M before and decided to test it out. Therefore, we had not evaluated or used other agencies like S2M.
Read full review Return on Investment Terrible waste of money. Just starting out we want to use our funds the most effective we can. This had ZERO ROI and was a waste of time. They ask for a three-month upfront payment and gave us nothing back. While this is the risk we take with no guarantees, you would expect a reputable business to offer something for a performance so poor. A free month to try and make things right by providing a few leads, or some small amount of refund, something. Their response was to tell us they did nothing wrong and they would not even consider anything. The good reviews from this company are baffling to me. I reviewed them before starting and felt they must be reputable. The truth is the onboarding process took 30 days even though we provided them with everything before it started. They charge for this ramp-up time even though nothing of substance is happening.
