Cisco Board Series vs. VirtualPBX

This Cisco Board Series is helpful when it comes to quarterly risk assessment reviews. • This board pro is equipped with a default NVIDIA artificial intelligence chipset. It enhances the remote conferencing participant's views to very good vision, making sure the LCD projector is clearly projected.
• Convenience of an integrated device since huddles consist of touch screens, cameras, speakers, microphones, and computing ability all bundled in a single device.
• The connectivity option available on the Cisco Board Series Pro includes HDMI, USB-C, and other options for wireless casting since the board allows connection through BYOD.

• Easy to set up your menu and record greetings and Prompts
• Forwards to our cell phones or landlines -- and voicemail to email
• Allows outbound calls on the rare occasion we require hiding
• Simple website for end users - but they almost never need to use it.

• It feels like affordability is a huge minus point in Webex because it can be too expensive to afford for a small to medium company
• Wireless connectivity needs a good internet connection to have a seamless experience.
• White board pen tool not precise with the screen location sometimes and refresh rate seems little low

Once it works and has retain ROI.....keep it going

It is very easy to use and pick up, even for people who haven't used these devices before. There can be some initial difficulty in knowing what to do and when, and the lack of remote control is a fairly big letdown. If the screen is far away from you, it is not great to have to keep getting up.

So much easier than our old PBX or any on-prem PBX I have ever used. We were up and running in an hour. Tweaking the caller menus is so easy.

Cisco Webex Board Series comes from a reputed company like Cisco. They are known for their loyal customer base and a major reason for their customer base is their awesome customer support. They are quick to respond and the demo team explained very elaborately. The whole process was done within the given timeline. We are totally impressed by their support.

The Cisco Webex Board is part of the Cisco product line and is really well integrated as such. We have been using Webex for meetings and so it felt Natural to leverage the tools made for this environment. It's quite seamless for our users, even the novice ones. The other key element is that we knew that this significant investment was for the long term, and we trust that Cisco will keep bringing innovation to add to the user experience.

• Increased Team Coordination: due to better communication, there was enhanced coordination in the completion of tasks.
• Informed Decisions Making, A variety of strategic decisions have been made with analytics.
• Sometimes the software has slightly slowed the decisions made in an organization due to the time it has taken in running the analysis.

• We have been able to improve greatly with this software, our communications and interactions with customers improved, and agent performance and productivity improved, which translates into higher profits for the company. It is easy to use this program, so it did not take us long to adapt to it and its functions.
