Klaviyo is a growth marketing platform that helps deliver more personalized experiences across owned marketing channels like email, SMS, in-app notifications, and web. The vendor states brands have made more than $3.7 billion in revenue through Klaviyo in the last year alone. Klaviyo aims to make creating deeper, higher-value customer relationships more seamless.
If you have are in e-commerce or retail and have an email list of customers above 10k people, I would highly suggest Klaviyo, as one person is able to build robust email flows for increased conversion, customer retention, and creative promotion using both SMS and email interchangeably
Email automation that nurtured new prospects with education and promotion content.
List segmentation. We could segment our list by behavior, purchase history and by demographics. This gave us more views into the customer segmentation.
Promotion emails. the high delivery rate of Flash sales, discounts, and promotions that drove sales
SMS messaging. We could time SMS messaging to be aligned with email promotion to give a more omni marketing approach to CRM
Reporting. Klavio provided excellent reporting by campaign and marketing period. It was able to track open rate, CTR, conversion and revenue.
Creative Management. Klavio allowed us to store graphics from previous campaigns and use them in future marketing efforts
Campaign Builder. the email builder mechanism is outstanding allowing for graphic, text, shapes and images all to be incorporated in HTML emails
Testing. The AB testing function allowed for campaign optimization
Needs to have the ability to be able to change accounts, opportunities, leads, and contacts over to another rep without having to go into each field separately--this is extremely time-consuming.
Would like to see each page be able to bring up more then 100 clients at a time.
Klaviyo is simply a great solution for e-com email marketing & customer relationship management:
User journey visibility: We can see our clients' customers on their individual user journeys (open email, site visits) to better understand and accommodate your customers.
Flow automation: Creating automated emails that follow up with new leads, those who abandoned carts, purchased.
Email design: So easy to use, and more friendly than some other visual builders that we've used.
Metrics visibility: We can see our clients' metrics very easily and adjust efforts accordingly.
The only reason why I did not give it a 10/10 is that it cannot distinguish purchases that came through subscription recharges instead of purchases that were driven directly by email sends. Other than that, the automation qualities, design features, and segmentation options make this an incredible email platform, and I am very happy with it
Their support is always quick and we have recurring meetings with our advisor. they were great when we first started at walking us through the platform and helping us understand how to do the overall setup. They also have a wide variety of articles that cover must issues in a very clear manner that will get you out of a predicament really fast.
Don't cut corners, do it right the first time, if you take your time to build everything the way you want it then it will run itself. The platform will help you increase revenue as long as you use the tools it provides. Don't be scared to ask questions, the support team will help you get to the next level
Claritysoft's emails are much easier to use since Salesforce is in the middle of switching from Classic to Lightning. Also, Salesforce does not have a native group edit option. Claritysoft is much more data driven and you can use all functions of Excel to customize reports. However, Claritysoft does not have as many third-party add-on options compared to Salesforce's app exchange.
While Mailchimp was easy to use, Klaviyo allowed much more customization and flexibility. Klaviyo integrated with all of our apps through Shopify, so it was really a no-brainer when it came down to deciding. The ease of setting up a drip campaign and segmenting the customer base was the icing on the cake, but we were already going to go with Klaviyo.
Our previous application did not offer the data details that recently became oftenly asked for by our client. This would cause long waits to build out reporting function via a supportive application. With Claritysoft, we have been able to build internally, reports asked for by the client, as well as offer other reports our client had not thought of. It's ROI is continues to grow week to week it seems.
The interaction with the Outlook client in our environment has been less than impressive, but that may be indicative of the parameters and not the fault of the application.
Setting up accounts, laying permissions and roles, has been a night and day, positive change, compared to our predecessor.
It is a digital marketing tool with so many amazing features that have helped me connect with my audience personally because the data it provides me is always authentic which also helps me to understand what they exactly need.
