C2CRM has totally modified the way we used to manage our sales and marketing. We can now manage the budget and proposals using it. Also, its interface is simple and navigation through this software is very smooth. Its reporting tool is so precise and possesses all the details. What is not appealing about this software is its price which is sky-high and unaffordable for us. But if someone is looking for a tool to manage their sales, C2CRM is the perfect one for managing customer relations and satisfaction.

Flowlu

Flowlu is very simple and feature rich application. I have found many ways of doing a single task in Flowlu, also it is providing us lot of cloud space and email integrations. We are now assigning daily tasks amongst teams and are able to finish daily work schedules. Flowlu is also helping us keep track of customers through CRM. Overall we are happy to use it.

  • The interface is really simple and intuitive. It didn't take me long to figure things out on my own.
  • I like the ability to create subtasks and assign those subtasks to different people, independent of who's assigned to the main task. And you can even set deadlines, or track time spent on tasks.
  • The different task views and the ability to have almost granular control over the search filters can really come in handy, especially if your business has many moving parts. Likewise, the ability to create automations with a variety of customizable conditions can really be helpful in streamlining workflows.
  • The ability to create different project workflows, each with its own predefined tasks, milestones, etc., can really be helpful when managing multiple campaigns and/or client-related projects.
  • I like the ability to sync Flowlu calendar with Google calendar—as well as the ability to connect any email inbox to Flowlu. Likewise, I think it's great that they have the option to integrate with online payment gateways like PayPal, Stripe, and Square as it makes things even easier on the client side.
  • You can create your own lists if you want to record any important information for your business.

I have found Flowlu while searching [for] a collaborative tool for a friend's non-profit organization. As I read the description and made a trial test, I fell in love with the tool. So we are definitely going to renew. Not only because the delivered solutions are great but also because Flowlu's roadmap seems very [promising].

While Flowlu has a LOT of features, it's clear that thought has been placed into customization and allowing you to hide what you don't need through an 'app selection' ability. For example, if you don't need to pipe in email into Flowlu, you simply don't install the "Email" app, preventing the interface from becoming too overwhelming.

I can easily gather all the detail of customers in one place and we can discuss and increase product marketing. I love that I found this LTD in Appsumo and would like to stack more If I can but being in a third-world country, It will be difficult so I am taking advantage of this limited time offer. I have tried MANY of the Project Management / CRM platforms out there. But somehow none of them quite hit the mark. I even got to the point where I was wondering if something was wrong me and my business practices! For whatever reason, none of the other tools seemed quite right for what I needed. They fell short in a few significant areas that caused me to eventually abandon them or not trust them enough, in the beginning, to fully embrace them. They did one or two things really well, but then I had to find another tool for other key functionality. Flowlu seems like a tool that I can not only benefit from today but can grow into over the years, especially as new features are brought online.
