We can easily share course materials, conduct live or pre-recorded lectures, and facilitate interactive discussions and Q&A sessions. ClickMeeting ensures our students have access to high-quality education and a supportive learning environment.In summary, ClickMeeting is an invaluable tool for both internal staff communications and student-centered online courses. It fosters collaboration, engagement, and knowledge sharing in a flexible and accessible manner, enhancing our overall productivity and educational offerings.

I've recommended MURAL to a lot of people in a lot of fields. This is a great tool for any group of people that might stand around a white board if they were in person. Even if they are in person, I still recommend it pretty often because, unlike a white board, MURAL is virtual, so it can go offline with you. I've recommended it to other Software Teams, individual software developers, engineering teams, Sales Managers, Office Staff, Manufacturing teams, and more.

• ClickMeeting is user-friendly, the admin and user panel is simple, intuitive!
• When conducting training, you can use default settings such as edu mode and it saves time, I don't have to worry if I'm sure I've muted everyone and if I'm the only one visible.
• ClickMeeting is also integrated with the Moodle e-learning platform, so it's a great support in organizing blended-learning processes.

• makes brainstorming better as users can create digital sticky notes, draw diagrams, and add images to visually represent concepts and ideas

• Individual Audio Controls. I'd love to be able to adjust the audio for each of the presenters within the platform, as the host. Not all presenters are tech savvy and sometimes don't know how to adjust this themselves.
• Additional Saved Color Schemes. I'd love to be able to create/save multiple custom color schemes that I can use for various events instead of a single one.

• It'd be nice that the zoom regulation could be easier to manage
• The advanced features are a little bit easy to adopt. Why not adding some agile trainings, or some other tools to facilitate their adoption

ClickMeeting's overall usability is commendably excellent. Its intuitive, user-friendly interface makes it remarkably easy for users of all skill levels to navigate. The platform delivers a seamless, streamlined experience from setting up meetings to engaging with participants. Despite some advanced features having a slight learning curve, the platform remains user-friendly, efficient, and reliable.

Overall, MURAL is really easy to use, but there are a couple downsides. It's really easy to make areas of the board consistent because double clicking adds stickies that match those around the current one. It's really easy to connect the elements. And it's really easy to organize elements. Inconsistent controls, Panning, Line Connections, and latency are the only issues I had. My biggest issue is that the MURAL mouse buttons are very different from
most similar software. This always causes me problems switching to a
graphics software or 3D modelling software. Because MURAL uses the same button to pan and move elements, it's really easy to move things when panning around. The lines can also be a (sometimes huge) problem because thew will occasionally disappear or connect to things incorrectly. I think this is tied to latency issues which, in addition to causing phantom lines, can sometimes cause confusion to your team.

It takes a bit of time to get to grips with the platform at first, but it's short and there is an online help chat available. People on the chat are very helpful and available for a long time - also on weekends, which greatly improves work. Really very good support.

Chat support tends to get back to you within a few hours and are always helpful.

It was very simple.

- does not require installation - clear interface - fast chat technical support - available in Polish language - provides a stable connection - it allows us to share presentations - we can also record the meeting - the process of creating the meeting is quick and easy also for beginners

Mural was easier to use and share compared with Whiteboard. Whiteboard's functionality is limited. It is also integrated into Teams in an odd way that makes it difficult for team members to refer to old whiteboards. Mural as a stand alone web app is better.

It allows us to run open training sessions and webinars for participants from multiple organizations, reaching more people without the need for travel or large venues. The platform’s reliability and ease of use help us deliver high-quality training efficiently.
