CSM Reporting & Analytics

Client Success is well suited to both growing and established companies who know what they want and need to track for their clients. With the broad ability to support numerous accounts, have multiple users, and its custom success cycles to map a clients progress, it would be a great solution for any Client Success team. I think that teams that are unaware of what they need to track wouldn't find Client Success as useful, and organizations that require a large number of custom client descriptions and variables would find certain limitations a barrier to successfully using this tool.
Dripos is a great alternative to Square POS in most use cases. Although the monthly fee is higher than Square's "free," the fact that so many other features are included in that price — loyalty, online ordering, scheduling, team messaging, even payroll — makes it a much better value than paying for those add-ons within Square. It is best suited for quick-serve places with limited menus (I wouldn't yet suggest running a full-service, waiters-at-tables restaurant with it) and employee teams with no more than 20 per location (updates to scheduler may change this assessment soon enough).
with Startdeliver, we could instantly know what are clients are doing in our platform, even our salesteam testing out prospects. this is such an invaluable insight to have. And by also adding an integration to a CRM, this is just a cheat code done so simply, that competitors can only look in awe.
ClientSuccess makes it easy for our customer success managers to manage their workflows and provides excellent visibility into our company's customer activity and engagement. We're able to log into CS and regularly check segments of our customers that need to be engaged with on a daily basis, log customer health, and be aware of approaching subscription renewals in order to pay appropriate attention to the right customers.
The user interface is easy to use, friendly in design, and quick to learn. They make it look attractive with bright color schemes without overdoing it too much.
As a customer success manager myself, I am appreciative of how this tool has kickstarted our fairly-new Customer Success department and made us much more organized and knowledgeable as a customer-facing entity.
Their customer success/support teams are excellent as well - which is to be expected. We've felt very well taken care of since we became customers of ClientSuccess.
The support view takes a few steps to get to the meat and potatoes.
The success score model can be improved to include smaller one-off campaigns. Success score is good for a campaign that has existed for a while but not for the one-off projects.
Not necessarily a bad thing, but being so simple, it could contain even more advanced features for "customer success", but however, the reason you really use Startdeliver is for its simplicity
could be slightly more distinct separation between customers and internal user (you confuse what is what sometimes)
I don't fully understand the naming and logic about their new packages, but this is subjective opinion
from its incredible UI/X, to its easy to use features, to its native integrations, and to its overall approach to easily keep track of your customer success function as such - if you are not using Startdeliver as a CS team - you must be doing something wrong, so don't hesitate.
HubSpot is excellent as it was an easy expansion from the sales and marketing work we were using it for. It meets our needs but isn't entirely as geared towards customer success like ClientSuccess. ClientSuccess has more bells and whistles that are out of the box vs. HubSpot, where the capabilities may exist but require a little more leg work.
Dripos is an affordable upgrade from Square POS, but still less costly than alternatives like Toast or Upserve, and does not require purchase of any specialized equipment outside of card readers (main software works on any iOS or Android devices, and you can mix and match these). Their customer service and tech support are both top-notch and more responsive than any others I've experienced.
Planhat might be a unicorn headed platform with incredible functions and features as well, but in reality, who will really use all of those features? Most CS teams just wants simplicity, not for things to become rocket science. Stay simple and go for a platform that will keep you grounded to the hardcore basics, and let your CS team do the rest.
