Through CloudContactAI we inform customers about good deals, business updates, and to schedule meetings in bulk. We don't have multiple physical locations, but the clients functionality is a great feature that enables users to create different sub accounts to manage multiple store locations, departments, or clients.

I give CloudContactAI a 10/10 because it solves all of the issues I have on just one platform. Before I discovered CCAI, I was using multiple platforms to manage all of my communication. This started to become an issue--I had so many tabs on my browser that it began to be counterproductive. CloudContactAI simplifies communication.
