Comm100 vs. Landbot

Comm100 has been great for getting customers to specific pieces of content (drivers, downloads, collateral, use cases, etc.) while the customer reaches out. The ability to share specific links in the chat window and have a preview appear is especially neat

Well Suited: If you are looking for a bot - - that is easy to build, that requires no IT person - that has competitive prices - that has a clean and easy reporting option, which can help the data analytics. Not Well Suited: Though it has Dialogflow integration, you cannot use it as a complete self-learning bot solution. If you are looking for a bot that is self-learning you have to go for IBM Watson Assistant/Dialogflow/SAP Conversational AI.

• We have a live chat icon on the website, so users can easily contact us for instant support.
• Previously, we had to use email as the main contact channel. By using live chat, we found the conversation rate improved a lot, as customers are happier to get instant support.

• Salesforce integration is good, but is a touch buggy, and is tough to diagnose.
• If you know anything about computers, the training Comm100 provides is remedial.

• Keywords Jump Feature: As a feature, it is good. But there is a scope of improvement that I see. In our Business, there are a lot of words that are similar for example Bearing/Bear ring/Bearing. So, at times the bot takes some time to find the exact keyword what the user wants and then route it accordingly. Most of the time, it does right, but at times it doesn't.

Super easy to use if you know anything about computers. Comm100 has done a good job of putting together functionality and easy of use for all levels.

Customer support seems pretty good — though we haven't had many issues, our experience with getting them to troubleshoot our Salesforce integration was really the only frustrating part. We had to repeat ourselves a bunch, and the issue never really went away. We just ignored it and moved beyond

Everything is simple. Very helpful support team. Always answer your question and help solve the problem.

After a lot of research, Comm100 was our first choice. No other platform seemed as robust or provided us with as much room for growth as Comm100 did/does.

Drift is quite pricey, on the cost part, Landbot was much better with almost similar features. Also, on the UI front, Landbot was a pretty decent tool compared with Drift or MobileMonkey. The usage was easy, the reporting was very easy to get. Considering all these parameters, we chose Landbot for our Organization.

• Our download-to-purchase cycle increased by around 3% after applying the live chat system.

• Fast payback on advertising budget due to high conversion.
• Need a mobile application for chat operators, if the leads want to chat with a living person.
