CommentSold vs. Landbot

Prior to using CommentSold I was manually invoicing customers which took up time (and caused a lot of paperwork). Commentsold has saved me a TON of time. I also really like the waitlist feature. When items are restocked we often get sales without having to do anything. Like I mentioned before, I do wish that CommentSold synced with Shopify a little more seamlessly. There are some things that take more time to do because I have to do it on Shopify and CommentSold (like rearranging product photos, assigning items to collections etc)

Well Suited: If you are looking for a bot - - that is easy to build, that requires no IT person - that has competitive prices - that has a clean and easy reporting option, which can help the data analytics. Not Well Suited: Though it has Dialogflow integration, you cannot use it as a complete self-learning bot solution. If you are looking for a bot that is self-learning you have to go for IBM Watson Assistant/Dialogflow/SAP Conversational AI.

• Setting up for live sales and being able to be live on multiple platforms at once
• Setting up the App was very easy
• Sending push notifications directly to my customers
• Reporting is simple and informative

• We also use Shopify and I wish that CommentSold integrated with it a little better. For example, I wish gift cards worked both places. And I wish the collections synced.
• We sometimes have issues getting our lives to work on Instagram
• Customer service is good but I wish they still had the programs where we worked directly with CommentSold reps to help build our business

• Keywords Jump Feature: As a feature, it is good. But there is a scope of improvement that I see. In our Business, there are a lot of words that are similar for example Bearing/Bear ring/Bearing. So, at times the bot takes some time to find the exact keyword what the user wants and then route it accordingly. Most of the time, it does right, but at times it doesn't.

We use CommentSold AND Shopify. We would prefer to use only one but each has different features that we can't let go of. If CommentSold improved their in-store check out and website personalization options, we would consider dropping Shopify

Drift is quite pricey, on the cost part, Landbot was much better with almost similar features. Also, on the UI front, Landbot was a pretty decent tool compared with Drift or MobileMonkey. The usage was easy, the reporting was very easy to get. Considering all these parameters, we chose Landbot for our Organization.

• We are building a relationship and connections with customers who watch our live sales

• Fast payback on advertising budget due to high conversion.
• Need a mobile application for chat operators, if the leads want to chat with a living person.
