Twitter Counter provided insights from Twitter for users from individuals to agencies and large corporations. Features included optimized tweet timing, audience insights and engagement, and competitor monitoring. The service is discontinued.
Shareablee is well suited in 1. Data scraping via social listening tools, codes, trackers, and manual methods 2. Data Pre-processing:Data screening, filtering, classification, and categorization as per analysis objectives 3. Analysis: Enrichment, calculation, and derivation of metrics' to benchmark and rank influencers 4. Data Visualization: Monthly, quarterly and annual reports with key observations, trends, and insights presented via Power BI dashboards
Twitter Counter is the best tool for surveying your brand's and campaigns' performance. It gives a good statistical analysis. This analysis of tweets will help you to grow your account, determine when to tweet and what to tweet, and help you with overall growth. Though it is little difficult to understand (you have to navigate through all the features to learn the tool), once you learn it, it is easy to use. It will help you understand the market requirement.
The sheer breadth and depth of data collection on Shareablee is second to none. If you're after full data sets - I'm not just talking current content, they have large historical data capture capability - then they're definitely worth looking at
They are constantly innovating, providing regular updates to the platform and data management solutions. They are truly at the head of the curve when it comes to social analytics - their ability to cut data and display it as well as present new ways of looking at data and correlations is outstanding. The affinities view/unique engaged audience metrics are particularly impressive and useful
The metric sets that can be applied to the content collected and the channels in question are large - at first, it can seem a little mind-boggling to get to grips with but it's worth persevering - there's so much in here to really help you understand brand marketing performance and audience engagement that it's truly invaluable
Customer support is second to none. Not only is it quick, it's always courteous and very very helpful. You feel like you're a priority and that you're in good hands with them
A little abstract, I know, but CEO Tanya is a trailblazer in the industry. Working with a group of people of this caliber - from the top down - is a clear indication of how ingrained Shareablee is with all things social data
Something very comfortable is that you do not have to open another account, just with the username on Twitter access to the tool and you can see the evolution of the profile every day, I can see if the number of users increased or not.
In addition, I can observe data of my followers, the data of who I follow, and something very important: I can see my tweets and compare data.
its interface allows to observe weekly, monthly and if desired data and for a better analysis a quarterly of all this data.
In terms of analysis, we use it to achieve media monitoring work in a political campaign. This allowed us to evaluate and verify the strategy that was used was the correct one.
Inaccurate Prediction: Twitter predictions are usually ineffective. For instance, Twitter Counter has always wrongly predicted the number of Twitter followers we will gain from a Twitter campaign or at a certain date.
Poor customer support; Takes an average of two weeks to get a response from Twitter support. There is also no Live help desk team to talk to when you need an immediate assistance.
it is not complicated to use, ideal to have an image of the account, in a short time. You can predict the future if you consider that you have a good strategy.
in general it is a tool not very complicated, it is more difficult for those who do not master the English language, but even without mastering the language in its free phase you can immediately interpret the data it offers.
Shareablee stacks up against other tools by 1. Defining objectives based on the client’s problem statement/ research requisite-depth research to identify requisite platforms & channels and the pertaining keywords, followed by query building to create search profiles & topic tags Social media platforms Professional review forums Industry-focused discussion sites E-commerce websites Content streaming platforms Setting up processes and tools for data extraction such as –-Social intelligence tools-Web scraping-Custom crawlers-Manual mining
I've used AgoraPulse and Hootsuite for analytics in the past. For a small organization that needs to keep a relatively tight budget control while still being able to delve into its analytics over the past year, Twitter Counter has the edge over AgoraPulse and Hootsuite. Both require much higher monthly payments for analytics that cover that length of time. Twitter Counter doesn't try to be an all-in-one solution, and in that regard, it stands out for reporting, especially for smaller organizations that do not need the full functionality of more expensive AgoraPulse or Hootsuite packages.
Our ability to answer complex client briefs is a breeze now that we have this tool - we can not only answer in full, but we are now well placed to provide insight and metrics that aren't front of mind thanks to Shareablee's depth of data interrogation. This makes our investment in the tool and the support a wise choice
The subscription is very cost effective and the plan flexible enough to cater to our needs
The learning curve is fairly steep meaning that initial time investment is a little high, but the support from the team helps make the transition from learner to a proficient user as pain-free and quick as possible
