Qwilr is a freemium product. Users upgrade to the Business or Enterprise plans for access to premium features, like advanced analytics, security and branding controls, get sales material accepted, e-signed and collect payments via Stripe.
The above tools are good at specific things, but overall, conga has so many features that similar applications lag behind. Using the conga contract life cycle management, the entire process is becoming smoother, with all necessary approvals easily handled through predefined …
We were long-term Spring CM users for about seven years, well before DocuSign bought them out about three to four years ago. And actually, that was one of the main reasons we wanted to leave Spring CM: DocuSign owned it, and the service went downhill. The product was fine, but …
Conga CLM offered stronger workflow automation and template control than the alternatives. DocuSign CLM was better for signatures, Ironclad had good collaboration, and Adobe was more basic. We chose Conga because it integrated better with our systems and gave us a more complete …
We evaluated both platforms seriously before making the call. DocuSign CLM had its strengths, especially in e-signature and user-friendly interfaces but honestly, Conga CLM aligned better with our business needs and long-term goals.
We selected this pilot in 2017, which was a completely different environment. We're in the process of doing our fix base, so we haven't really reselected and we don't know if we're going to go with one CLM multitude because what I've found in my research is one CLM can't handle …
The biggest stack up the Conga CLM provides is their UI, Salesforce is good but the legal department has struggled to implement their solutions with help from the tech department. Another added, advantage would be the security mentioned prior improved scalability, reduced …
Conga CLM capabilities and speed is very good compared to other CLM solutions and also scalable and easy to configure and manage the enhancements. Conga CLm is also great for multiple verticals and users from various departments can easily adopt to the CLM applications or tool. …
Qwilr was a really quick and easy setup, which I think is great for smaller teams that have simple sales processes and cycles. Once more complication is it will fall short in providing the level of control and detail that is needed for a larger sales team. The end product is …

Over the years we tried several quote proposal tools. Everything from Microsoft Word templates, PowerPoints, PandaDoc, Quotewerks and more! Qwilr was finally the solution! You can start from scratch or use on of the very well thought out and well designed templates to put …
Try all the apps in this space from the perspective of your prospects. Evaluate them by looking at their templates first because that'll give you the best idea of many of your prospects' first impressions of your company that each app can provide. If an app has a boatload of …
With having all of our contracting through the Salesforce system, the ability to allow our legal teams to do more with generating documents, have controls over redlines, etc is ideal. When sales needs to make additional revisions to the underlying data, however, it can be lacking in strong tools.
It is great for presentations to customers and keeping them engaged in your presentation. Although it is great for creating a highly customizable presentation, some users may want even more control over font, font size and font color. Some of my colleagues have expressed some dissatisfaction with the formatting as well as saving any formatting changes that have made.
Template driven contract creation: when sales team needs to generate multiple contracts per day, instead of manually drafting each contract , by Conga CLM we can select pre approved template and system auto fills pricing details , customer name, legal terms etc
Renewal and obligation tracking: Conga CLM sends automated alerts when renewal noticed needs to be send 30days before expiry. It also flags upcoming renewals.
Audit trail and compliance: Conga CLM logs every action automatically and supports regulatory compliance like SOX audit.
Simple and easy to use for the legal team to creates contracts in Salesforce and with the help of conga contract attaches the different clauses through the bundle and sends them for negotiation and for signature. This is the primary work they do from Conga contracts. We had solution which is build using conga contracts, conga composer and conga sign
I would give it a 10 because it's easy. The way that we've set it up and the process, you know, when you're working with a sales team, which is what I work with, they need something easy to learn and quick because they need to concentrate on making sales. So you got to give them that. And that's exactly what Conga CLM has offered to us, a very easy platform that they can get their contracts out the door, we can get to clients and then they can move on to their next sale.
Conga CLM’s availability has been solid in my experience as for a logistics company like ours that needs access across time zones and departments, Conga CLM is a great solution.
Conga CLM performs reliably across our organization. It handles large volumes of contracts without lag, keeps workflows flowing smoothly, and processes automation tasks efficiently. The system remains responsive, even during busy days, no performance lag.
Very very difficult to get support. The support team is great for simple, general questions. If we ran into anything complex, we usually would figure it out before they could help us. We often were bounced around from rep to rep
Onboarding was very organized and simple. Our account manager made it easy for our team to learn the tool by organizing several group training sessions.
Conga University is the best! loved it. The courses are very well designed which makes learning easy and great. I have taken courses for conga contracts, composer, conga sign, and conga batch. Courses are beneficial if you want to implement Conga products for your clients or for your organization. Highly recommended to sign up for Conga university and start learning
We were long-term Spring CM users for about seven years, well before DocuSign bought them out about three to four years ago. And actually, that was one of the main reasons we wanted to leave Spring CM: DocuSign owned it, and the service went downhill. The product was fine, but we also needed professional services due to how the backend was built. We were on their legacy platform, and we were never migrated to their new platform. It was just time for us to cut ties and go to someone who could actually offer scale and grow with our company.
Qwilr was a really quick and easy setup, which I think is great for smaller teams that have simple sales processes and cycles. Once more complication is it will fall short in providing the level of control and detail that is needed for a larger sales team. The end product is very elegant but comes down to the needs of the organization.
Based on my experience using Conga CLM across a growing logistics operation with varied departments, I’d confidently rate its overall scalability a 9 out of 10. Provides multi site support, has proven ready for the long haul and provides a secure environment.
