ObservePoint is a web governance and automated auditing platform for digital analytics, privacy, accessibility, and marketing operations teams. It scans websites, landing pages, staging environments, and configured user journeys to identify analytics implementation errors, privacy risks, accessibility issues, broken links, and other website defects.
SkyKick does a great job on migrations to Office 365. Their technicians are very helpful in planning the whole process, and the tool itself is quite reliable and resilient. Their cloud backup works OK but it does not provide the most friendly or fastest recovery. It also sits on the expensive side as they charge separately for Exchange and Onedrive/Sharepoint backups.

ObservePoint is a great tool for automating page testing and standardizing campaigns to observe accurate customer insights. You can identify customer mapping journey. They also help in data protection and insights which are very important and essential these days. They should work more on easy interface designs. Overall, it is the best.

Page details, although interesting, are not very useful as the data is too granular and not possible to integrate with other analytics data for insights.
Some of the custom tagging may be a little complicated, so sometimes we need an engineer or an ObservePoint tech to help us out.

For migration purposes, we have chosen SkyKick over and over again. Their tool just works and does a great job with multiple different sources. Their support team is awesome albeit could be somewhat faster sometimes. Regarding cloud backup, it seems like that space is quite commoditized as every vendor offers the same. SkyKick does have some good promotions on migration costs when signing up for cloud backups as well which makes them more competitive than other vendors.

I have not used any other product other than ObservePoint for my requirements. there are a number of features for which it has proved helpful. Technology Governance ensures our data collection tools and processes are executing as planned, so our organization can make better decisions based on better data and so on

ObservePoint has helped us quickly (within minutes) catch when a process or pathing on the website breaks, which allows us to fix it quickly. Whether technical/dev or analytics issues, without ObservePoint, they could have been undetected for weeks.
