Consensus is simple and does what it does very well. It doesn't try to be a deal room software, so they partner for that space. It did not try to be an AI transcription solution at first, so they partnered for that space. They continue to listen to their customers, improve the …
Consensus is way better than Showpad because everything is embedded into one neat video rather than a bunch of links that need to have the files stored on my device. For example, everything that I used with showpad had to be saved on my device specifically for it to be used in …
We did not find a similar solution that could provide the prospect experience Consensus provides. We did not seriously evaluate any other platform like we did with Consensus.
Consensus allows your prospects to select their interests and only show them the relevant parts of …
Consensus has the most personalized approach out of all the solutions I have used and I love the data driven approach to ensure that the person viewing the video is being watched and understood to help equip the salesperson tools to ensure a successful outreach. A lot of …
Consensus was much more robust in what they offered compared to other products. We have been using them for years with no plans on changing because of the time and effort saved by being able to send out videos that showcase different parts of our software and the full suite …
We evaluated Consensus vs Highspot 2 years ago, and although we still have Highspot, we use Consensus around 90% time vs 10% Highspot. Highspot is suitable for sending analyst's reports and product and industry whitepapers; Consensus is far superior with pre-recorded demos and …
None. Consensus has been my first exposure to long-form demo/content delivered besides using zoom to record a demo and then sharing a link with my prospect. Consensus has changed the game in regards to how I engage with prospects from a product perspective.
Navattic provided us with the strongest alternative to Stoylane, despite the latter's lower entry-level price. Whilst Navattic is a bit more complex, we found their customer team excellent, with our dedicated account manager. We also found great recommendations for Navattic, …
Navattic, despite offering various options, can be more user-friendly and easier to integrate than Pendo. Pendo is extremely complex and its feature-tiered pricing structure can be too expensive for what it offers.
userflow is nice because it's already within the platform and customers don't have to leave the current tool they're in. Example, if I'm logging into my back i can see a modal popup there and click through the guide. However, with Navattic it opens a new tab for me outside of …
Navattic was about half the price but not half the functionality. There are differences between the two but not enough to justify the price difference.
I have customers asking me frequently about new functionality that they have no intention of buying. This helps me give them a high level explanation and demo without setting up a separate meeting. If they have additional questions, I can have a more tailored follow up call based on specific questions which makes everyones time more efficient. It is not appropriate for cold outreach.
Great for post follow up demos, tours, pitches. Can also help be a good substitute instead of free trials because customers can click and follow various platform guides you create. Sales and CSMs share these out often especially for sharing new feature updates.
The ability to tailor demos and demoboards to show various functionality of the product.
We appreciate the features Consensus has to customize demos in various forms.
The customer service and post-sales trainings the Consensus team has held for our company have been extremely beneficial. I personally appreciated learning how demos are better received when they're not 'perfect'
Consensus has been a valuable and vital sales tool at every stage of our sales cycle. In the very early stages of prospect education, you can send videos to get them familiar and up to speed with our product without a solution consultant's involvement. It is also a very powerful tool at the later stages of the sales cycle, with the ability to tailor demos and intro videos and record exec alignment itro videos, which we have had great success with
It only took me a matter of minutes to onboard myself to Consensus and start utilizing it with my clients. The platform is very simple to set up and straight forward to use. Most platforms take time to learn how to use and navigate but Consensus was very easy to pick up and use as a first time user.
It's super easy to use. Setting up a demo is even easier now with their automated process and AI recommendations. The interface is very user friendly and anyone can use it to set up the demo.
