Overall Satisfaction with Consensus
Our organization uses Consensus to create, tailor and track recorded meetings, demoboards, or highlight specific points on our products. My team specifically uses Consensus on a weekly basis- we often create new content for our sales team to use during prospecting/pre-sales then and post-sale.
- The ability to tailor demos and demoboards to show various functionality of the product.
- We appreciate the features Consensus has to customize demos in various forms.
- The customer service and post-sales trainings the Consensus team has held for our company have been extremely beneficial. I personally appreciated learning how demos are better received when they're not 'perfect'
- Although Consensus offers many options for customization, I would like to see some additional features that could be customized.
- The ability to track demo and demoboard performance offers many valuable insights I would like to see more granular tracking options/metrics.
