Overall Satisfaction with Consensus

We use it to show demos and videos to our clients so they know the functionality of our software and how it can help them. This speeds up the buying process and gives us insights into the pieces of our software that matter the most to our prospects and clients.

Pros

  • Easy to digest demos of our software.

  • give prospects a hub page to choose their own videos
  • I closed 3 deals last year by prospects using Consensus and finding additional modules they wanted to purchase.
  • Consensus speed up the buying process in 6 of my deals last year to close in quarter.
  • Consensus saved me time from doing additional live demos.
Consensus was much more robust in what they offered compared to other products. We have been using them for years with no plans on changing because of the time and effort saved by being able to send out videos that showcase different parts of our software and the full suite when necessary.

When a prospect is looking to buy our software they are able to choose from a myriad of demos and videos about our company to help them narrow down the right products and services that are best suited for their specific needs. It speeds up the buying process by allowing them to watch these videos at any time during the evaluation process.
