The solution helps to prevent bad demo data, product bugs, and new environments from ruining a demo. Control areas of the software presentation with control over graphs, text, images, and icons. Saleo is designed to work with any SaaS platform, and so that it can be setup in seconds.
Within the last 6 months, I've run a personal A/B test on opportunities with and without Consensus videos being sent after every meeting. Those opportunities where I sent Consensus videos after every meeting had a >50% likelihood of closing and/or progressed past the Proposal phase. Those opportunities where I did not send Consensus video, I was left unanswered more often than not
Saleo is well suited for SaaS businesses who want their SolCon and Sales teams to demo out of a real production account, not a fake one. With Saleo our commercial sales team can easily select an Industry template and go...literally no prep to show the product with industry data. Our SolCon team can build out a custom demo with the customer's data in a few minutes. There is also a sharing feature, so if someone built something cool they can share it with everyone. Also, our product marketing team has started using it for screenshots and videos.

The customer service and post-sales trainings the Consensus team has held for our company have been extremely beneficial. I personally appreciated learning how demos are better received when they're not 'perfect'
When we first rolled out, it was hard to changing a data point in multiple places quickly. This was just fixed by the roll out of personalization strings.
We have very complex tables. At first the table editor needed some help handling the nesting. The newest release of Saleo fixed the issue we had.
Consensus has been a valuable and vital sales tool at every stage of our sales cycle. In the very early stages of prospect education, you can send videos to get them familiar and up to speed with our product without a solution consultant's involvement. It is also a very powerful tool at the later stages of the sales cycle, with the ability to tailor demos and intro videos and record exec alignment itro videos, which we have had great success with
Consensus has a pretty flat learning curve. It took me all of 24 hours to understand how to navigate through the application and probably another 24 hours after that to begin to show my colleagues how to use the application as well. Consensus also has a great Ux/Ui interface that allows for easy usability
We did not find a similar solution that could provide the prospect experience Consensus provides. We did not seriously evaluate any other platform like we did with Consensus. Consensus allows your prospects to select their interests and only show them the relevant parts of your product. No other software we evaluated could do it like Consensus
Our CRO did not like using video recordings. He felt that would backfire on us. Our CTO would not allow us to make a copy of our application or it's data, so most of these solutions were eliminated. Saleo is the only solution that lets you demo out of a production account with no videos or copies of your data
